We're on this cruise! It is myself, my DH, and our daughter, who will be almost 9 at the time of sailing. My daughter and I have been on two previous cruises--May 2011 on the Dream, and April 2013 on the Fantasy. I booked a November 2014 cruise on the Dream while we were on the Fantasy so that my DH could finally experience the magic of a Disney cruise. Of course, we all know what happened to those itineraries. We were excited to move into this one though!

My mother in law (who sailed with me and my daughter on both of the past two cruises) and my father in law will also be joining us on this cruise.

I am excited to start meeting people that we will be sailing with!

Oh, a birthday cruise! How fun!! My DH's birthday is just prior to the cruise, and DD's is just after. What part of Long Island are you from? We have friends in Mastic Beach.

So nice to meet you! And, we are just up the Wm Floyd Pkwy from your friends, in Shoreham. My DDs birthday is the week before, but I wanted a 5 night on the Magic, so a slightly belated birthday!

We are sailing on the Dream Sept 8th, so are in countdown mode! Are still waiting for stateroom assignment, rumor is they are coming around July 8th. First time on the Dream, so very excited to explore all it has to offer. I didn't want to wait to book this until onboard, but will probably try for a B2B to get us to Gold!

I am so excited for you! I loved the Dream. That was the first ship we sailed on. It was a girls trip with my mother in law and daughter. My daughter still talks about "Silly" Caesar. She was slightly upset when we switched to the Magic and we wouldn't get to see him! You will have a great time on the Dream.

Caesar was our server. He's from Brazil, and he's been with DCL for a long time. He would make all kinds of jokes, and she would laugh and laugh. He was great! When we initially booked the Dream, she thought it would be great to look for him. Someday!!

Just my DW and myself on this one. It will be our fifth Disney cruise. I chose this one because October 22 is going to be the exact day that my wife will have been married to me for half of her life although I have no idea how she dealt with me for this long. Yes, I am a big enough nerd to figure it out to the day. (Hopefully she does not see this now.) We are from Charles Town, WV. We will also be celebrating her birthday.
Our last cruise was last Christmas on the Fantasy. I had a great time, but she was sick for half the cruise. She made me promise never to do a winter cruise again. One of the cool things that happened to us was getting seated at the middle table in the Royal Court. It turns out that having a 10 person party and booking REALLY early was the key.

How nice! We are hoping that Sylvester is still with the Magic when we sail! We had an exceptional Palo brunch, the highlight of our cruise! And when we returned for dinner, although not our server, he stopped by our table several times to chat and make sure we were enjoying our meal. I will keep an eye out for Caesar in September!

Oh fun!!! I remember seeing that table in Royal Court. We were right next to it on our April cruise.

Just wanted to give a "heads up" that the itinerary is no longer coming up on the DCL web site for our cruise. Found out accidentally when I tried to pull up to show a friend who is thinking about taking first cruise, and Key West is on her hubby's bucket list. Don't know if it means anything, but DCL has been changing schedules so I am watching to see what happens when the itinerary comes back online. Not a big deal for us, typically don't get off the ship and actually would prefer an extra sea day.

DH and I are thinking about changing our 10/1/2014 to this cruise. The Disney website does not show the information just as you have advised. I called to see if there was a problem. DCL shows this sail date and no changes. Sounds like all is well.
