Was there one? Was anybody there? I have a bunch of questions about the ship post-drydock.

We just got off the Wonder today!! This was our first time cruising, and we are hooked!! The ship was awesome!!! The new club (Diversions) was terrific---we watched the Red Sox in there everynight---A LOT of Red Sox fans on board!!! The Teen Area was moved to where ESPN used to be, it is now called ALOFT and it was really neat looking....DD(13) loved it. Cove Cafe was the best place for peace and quiet....Joel and Ashley were Great. I can't say enough about our whole experience.

Did you leave Nassau at 7:30? Did they say why?

Were there enough activities to keep your daughter busy? My son is also 13. Did she do any of the teen stuff on CC?

I had a bunch of other questions, but now I can't remember.

Thanks!

Glad you had a great time! Do you have any pictures?

My DD (13) loved the teen club, but we traveled with friends and they have a 15 year old DD, so she had someone to go up there with the very first night. She is a little shy so I am not so sure she would have done that if not for her friend. But once they got up there and met even more kids they had a blast! I very rarely so her, just for breakfast and dinner, and she would check in with us every once in a while during the day. My son (11), on the other hand, did not like the kids club. He did a few of the activities, but mostly just found his own friends and hung around the ship, swimming, arcade, movies, etc.
We did not leave Nassua at 7:30 PM, more like 10:30-11:00 PM, there was a Tropical SailAway party that night up on Deck 9, and the Teen Club was out on a Teen Junkanoo Jam from 7:00 PM -10:00 PM. On CC she just hung out on the beach with a few of the friends they made.
When you think of anymore ?'s just ask away, I'll do my best to answer.

We had a great time, although I thought my kids 5 and 7 would spend more time in the clubs than they did. They spent most of the time with us. My little one (2) hated Flounders, she screamed unconsolably and we picked her up and didn't take her back, so we had to miss Palo's for dinner...sniff sniff.......

but other than that, it was awesome! The ship looked great, but some of the areas (like the 7th deck aft overlook) were closed (they were storing rolled up carpet there).

Thanks for the replies!

I asked about the early departure from Nassau because I thought I had read that the Wonder was leaving early from there...actually, my tickets show a 7:30 departure. Maybe it's just the 3-night Wonder that's leaving early. My son was looking forward to the Junkanoo Jam, and I had to tell him it wasn't going to happen. Now he's looking forward to the PlayStation competitions and the arcade, and, of course, the pool. He's got his schedule pretty much worked out! ha ha

It's great that I can get more info here than on the DCL website.

Glad you both had great trips. I can hardly wait!
