We are driving. Planning to leave on 10/12, unless I feel like my kids can miss one more day of school. I'd love to get to Orlando on 10/12 to go to MNSSHP, but with a 6th grader, one day of school may be all he can afford to miss.
Flying all 6 of us would have cost as much as one of our rooms on the cruise! I've thought about it, but I think I'd rather save that money to rebook onboard!!
Welcome Grandma D! If you enjoyed the 3-day cruise, you're really gonna love the 7-day one.........glad to have you and the rest of the family join us.
I am having so much fun-just thinking about it. There will be seven of us and I know we would like to go on an excursion when we are in Mexico. Has anyone gone on any that can suggest what would be good. The girls are all under eight years old.
Can't think of a suitable title for myself (though I can imagine my pupils have a few!) but of course Wendy in Peter Pan does help all the boys in NeverLand
We broke down and told the girls we are having a birthday party with the Mouse. They screamed and danced- Wow we are going to Chuckie Cheese for the party!. It took some calming down to explain that it was a different Mouse. All the girls are under 8 yrs old so they have no idea what a cruise is.
Now they want to know if we are going tomorrow. I can not wait to see their faces when they see the Mickey Boat!

Fiona,
I'm sorry for you, but the title 'Princess Fiona' is already gone as the Magic's aerobic instructor on Cruisetoberfest 3 was Princess Fiona from UK
Diana, you may want to check your mail - I sent your first edition of The List
Grandma D - what a lovely surprise for them!
I think I will stick to plain Wendy. At the school I teach at we have a cadet force - army and air force - which I help with, strictly as a non officer! Well anyway anytime we are at bases or functions I get addressed as "Marm" and I absolutely hate it - feel old enough as it is.
Wendy
Mike,
sending PixieDust for your foot *~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*
Sunscreen is already packed - in a sturdy Coleman-Cooler to protect it from baggage-handling. We'll hopefully have to use it on our second day - We intend to drive the 400 miles to Panama City Beach with the top down
I'm so sorry I bailed so quickly after joining this thread. I'm going to try and get caught up. Just wanted you guys to know I'm still on this sailing.
