Sorry, jeninpa, I'm just a little demented....you'll get used to me! Reminds me of my poor Mom (may she RIP).....she was a very trusting woman and I was always coming up with new ways to pull the wool over her head. But I guess it's pay back time because my kids have done a few numbers on me!

Jeanne has been on a diet and the lack of food is affecting her brain.

It's ok, I'm use to it,lol. My dad is a constant joker. He can't even call my house without pretending to be somebody else....usually he says he's from Walmart,lol. He says I go there constantly. If my husband answers he'll ask for Jen instead of Jenny(what he calls me) and change his voice to get my husband going. Those are just a few examples....my dad can't have a regular conversation, he always has the upper hand at others expense (those who still don't know him well enough to know they're being fooled anyway!).So I'm not usually fooled easily,lol. I put up with worse on a regular basis.

What is wrong with a 7 day cruise with some of the nicest people on the Planet...

We are not on the cruise but have Met all the folks that post here alot and would have to give them a big ..

We had this cruise booked but went with the 11 day instead..

You will fit just fine.. If not go off and enjoy your FIRST CRUISE vacation... They are Awesome..

You will most definitely fit in - we're such a diverse group that everybody will find new friends. At least a third of the group are first-timers and BTW all of us were first-timers once
You'll have a blast. We already have excursions planned, on-board and off-board activities and many more.

For the others:
Please hold back with your comments about 'Naked Karaoke', 'Initiation Rites', etc, before they have booked - P-L-E-A-S-E

This is exactly what I meant by not fitting in. I guess I will have to see what may be available for excursions, etc. What I am unsure of is that there will be large groups of people taking over the activites and leaving little place for people who are not in the group.

I have a couple of TAs looking into the rates and will be deciding by the end of the week.

I was wondering, besides swimming and eating what all kinds of activities are there on the ship that you can do with the kids? And are there any certain stores that I might get a better deal at than others for souveniers? One last question, my little one doesn't usually leave my side and has only one babysitter but if I did decide to let him play at the nursery (he will be 3 on 12-12) do I have to schedule that ahead of time or is it just if they have room when I'd stop by? Thanks!

Are you traveling alone CD&CM? This is my first time but I am going with my kids and their gram and it's their second time. I'm not real worried about fitting in since I'm sure I'll have plenty of fun with my family so if I meet some new people on here and "fit in" thats all just a plus!
