Is this too late of an adr for breakfast with the princesses?I guess I need to know if they will still be making their rounds or do they take time off between breakfast and lunch. This is our last morning there we will leave for airport around 12:00-12:30.Wanted to make sure dd had one last magical experience before leaving the world and going back home. This is the only adr for breakfast I could get for the dates 11/3-11/7 for any of the character bf. Hope it will work.TIA.

Are you taking Magical Express?

Unless you are staying at an Epcot resort, don't do this breakfast at this time and expect to be able to catch your airport bus.

Aside from the response above (which I agree with), yes the princesses will be there. They won't book you a meal there without the princesses -- that's all they do there. We had a 10:20 breakfast there in June -- we waited about 20 minutes to get our table, and were out around 11:30. I thought that was amazingly fast for a character meal -- 1 hour and 10 minutes from reservation time until paying the check -- I would normally always assume 1.5 hours at a minimum. And I wouldn't make your plan based on my timing - I think it was more of an anomaly.

yes we are using ME.our flight is at 3:32 and we are flying airtran so we can use early check in at pop right? so what time would the scheduled pick up time be for me with that flight time? And how long do you expect travel too and from pop to epcot could be?

Here is my advice. Your flight is at 3:32. DME will pick you up approximately 3 hours prior to your flight time, no exceptions. So, your pickup will be scheduled at about 12:30 at Pop Century. You must be picked up at Pop Century; you can't transfer it to any other resort. DME suggests (strongly) that you be present at the pickup point, with all your luggage or carryons and your entire party ready to board the bus, at least 10-15 minutes prior to your pickup time (the time you are assigned is the time the bus is scheduled to LEAVE your resort, not arrive at it). That means you need to be there at 12:15. This applies whether or not you have used the resort luggage check-in service.

A 10:10 ADR, assuming you are seated immediately at that time, and using the time for breakfast posted by vicki_c (your time may vary) you might be out of there around 11:20. You'd then have to walk all the way across Future World and out to the bus stop for Pop Century. That by itself would take around 15 to 20 minutes, so it's now around 11:40. A bus may be sitting at the bus stop waiting, or you may have to wait up to 20 minutes, maybe longer, for a bus to Pop Century. The ride itself will take at least 10-15 minutes. At any rate you may be cutting it extremely close for your ME pickup time, and you should consider if you want to take the chance of having to rush your daughter's last magical experience.

My suggestion would be to either keep trying for an earlier ADR or having your meal at Pop Century food court.

Thank you I will keep trying for an earlier adr.So I have this straight you must cancel your adr for akershus prior to 48 hrs of your adr as not to be charged right? So when do you think some openings may come up?I really wanted to do this on the 6th since that is dd birthday and then I wouldn't have to worry about trying to do anything the morning we leave and maybe just let her hang out by the pool in the am if she wants to.Thanks again for all your help it is greatly appreciated!:thanks:

Yes, because you had to put down a credit card to guarantee your Akershus reservation, you have to cancel at least 48 hours prior to your ADR.

You would really be best off trying to get another reservation for the 6th if that is when you want to do the Akershus meal, and you won't have the possibility of problems regarding your travel then. It's usually suggested that you keep calling in case someone cancels.
