I know where the pants are.
I even tried them on.
They have shrunk considerably since the last time I wore them.
The jacket fits o.k. I even found a whole pocket full of candy, which was o.k. as long as you picked off the fluffy bits.
No sign of The Tie.
I think we should call off the effort to locate The Tie. Don't want to turn this in to a government job and spend hours looking for something that has no useful value.

Eric - I missed what area you guys live in. For a minute there it sounded like you were talking about the Army buildings I used to live in when I was in the Army, stationed in Ansbach. They closed all but the one where we were all reassigned to and gave the rest back to the German economy. Good memories! I had GREAT times spent in Germany!![]()

and going to a fest holding an
all the time isn't our kind of fun. Especially as Anja is recovering from a cold (She called in sick Tuesday and Wednesday). And tomorrow we probably won't have time as we want to see the Formula1-race in Belgium (While running about 10 miles on the treadmill, of course
) and after that's it's the handball-match for the Gold - And we certainly won't miss the closing ceremony of the Olympics. We already missed the opening as we were on a party then. I programmed the VCR, but our broadcasting station goofed big time. In Germany a lot of broadcasting stations send a so-called VPS-signal, which makes the VCR start and stop. This comes in especially handy with events having an open end. They sent the start signal, but accidently sent the stop-signal 10 minutes later. They apologized the next day in Videotext, but I guess I have to buy a DVD-summary of the Olympics after our vacation.
