Happy Birthday Arlene, Sam and Kim in advance!!

Didn't realize so many of us were born in December -- pretty amazing really.

Long day at work today and it will be tomorrow too!!

Wish we could come to the cookie party.

Unfortunately work is going nuts and there's a christmas party I must attend tomorrow night.

One good thing is that tomorrow is goodie day here -- food all day, all the time.

Still wish I was cruising for Christmas but oh well maybe some year.

Take care everyone -- haven't heard the forecast for Christmas Eve but hoping for snow. (The only time during the winter you will hear me speak those words!)

I also had a long day at work! BUT tomorrow I get a half day and plan on finishing up my shopping. The house is finally decorated and the tree is trimmed.
Tomorrow is the OB/Gyn dept Christmas party. This is the only time DH gets to wear his tux (other then the cruise)This year it is being held at a very nice Country Club

December Birthdays...out of 8 children in my family 4 of us were born in December!My sister, brother and of course my twin and I!My poor parents!! Imagine having to buy for 8 kids at Christmas and 4 kids birthdays in the same month!

The University of Delaware's Fighting Blue Hens won the NCAA Division I-AA football championship by defeating Colgate 40 to 0 in the championship game tonight in Chattanooga Tennesee. Gary Delana's "favorite" team did a lot more than "peck" at Colgate.

Hope everyone has a VERY MERRY CHRISTMAS and a Happy New Year.

Cookie Night With Kim and Bette


All i can say is WOW

We arrived and greeted By many guests, and told many of them we met them on a Cruise they where like Wow neat ...

Being New this year we teamed up with some one who had been before and otu came the cookies tins and Tins of them
Kim must have baked everynigh for ever .....

then came the instructions
we all bagged the coookies we had in the tin in front of us
when the bagging as done we all made Boxes of all the different kinds i think there was 20 ... boxes got wrapped and tagged with your name and placed by the door as u left u could take your box........ was like a Nabisco Factory and great fun ....

As the crowd dwindled we had time to sit and Chat with Kim and bette who where like One armed paper hangers most of the evening ..... Kim has some of the neatest Disney Mem...
hanging on her walls ...............
also present was MARY JO and husband Sam And SARAH
we sat and chatted until it was late and Both of us having to work in The Am .. Said goodNight

Was fun and Would recomend a trip from Germany for this event.... lol

We also got to Meet BERNIES PARENTS We did not know the Story behind Bernie and learn the whole story it was Quite funny

Wow! Cookie Night sounds like a lot of fun. Wish I could have been there.

Finally got all my shopping done. Still have to wrap the gifts, but the tough part is over with. Now we have to clean the house, and stock up on groceries for our company. Rellingtwin and her family will be here...this Wed!

Hi to Dave and Ellen! Watched to Sting Ray City DVD yesterday. And was thinking of you both.

Plans for this week:
Mon: Work
Tues: Work
Wed: sister arrives, oysters and beer on the back porch, maybe a few friends stop by for some munchies.
Thur: To In-laws for presents and my father-in-laws famous Christmas Breakfast. (quail, pheasent, dove, homemade sausage, bacon, biscuits, gravy, OJ, coffee, homemade nut and fruit danish, and made to order omlettes. Yummmm. Then back to my house, to get ready for Christmas Dinner, Ham, Turkey and all the trimmings for 14 people.

Just a few days of work, then off for 5 days! It's been a busy weekend and will be a busy week.
Christmas shopping is finally done!
