1 or 2 Day Park Hopper?

I think (?) I heard there is a one or two day park hopper available at the gate - can someone please clarify this. I want to go to DL on Fri and Sat then convert my tkt to a So Cal AP - so I need to buy a regular ticket to get around the blackout Saturday. I need to keep the face value of the ticket under $99.

A couple of things that confuse me about your question.

The So Cal AP has a zip code restriction. Your tag says you live in Washington.

I've had a So Cal AP for the past two years...When I asked (in May) about the 'restriction' - the CM said it was marketed toward So Cal residents, but anyone can purchase them.

Do you know if there is a 1 or 2 day hopper pass available at the gate?

I noticed a sign for a 1day hopper pass at the gate, I was amazed it was $59. I don't know anything about upgrading your ticket, but you can go on a blackout day with a So CA AP for $25, if that helps any.

Thanks Dana...I had forgotten about the $25 deal...that just might work better for me this time around.

I called my hotel (Park Inn) and they have two day hoppers for $91 (adult)...this will suit me just fine!
