1-day Epcot touring plan for mixed ages?

Does anyone have a resource for a good one? Touring plans.com doesn't have one for a variety of ages. We will probably try to do it in 1 day, though if we have time on our last day we may go back. Def want to do Soarin' & the Agent P thing for sure. Would probably go back to resort for lunch & rest.
