So I haven't been to Universal Orlando in about a decade. My family aren't big fans. But I want to go for 1 day during my November trip since A LOT has changed. I don't do upside down and would like some help avoiding those.

FYI, I will buy a 1 day combined pass and a 1 day express pass.

My Ideal List (But let me know if I should cross something out based on being upside down)
Escape from Gringotts (not sure about upside down)
Hogwards Express
Despicable Me
Disaster
E.T.
MIB
Revenge of the Mummy
Shrek 4-D
The Simpsons (not sure about upside down)
Terminator 3D
Twister
Transformers (not sure about upside down)

Spiderman
Doctor Doom's Fearfall
Jurassic Park

depending on the date in november, you might have low crowds.

you can buy the express pass in the park.
wait until you get there to decide unless you are going on black friday.......

the rides you listed do not go upside down.

a few of the rides you listed do have the SRL.
take advantage of that and it will cut down on wait times.

Fantastic, thanks! I left out Forbidden Journey b/c a few folks said it felt like they were upside down.

on FJ, you are tilted backwards for a portion of the ride.
it is brief, never timed it but could be about 10-15 seconds.

if your phone is in your back pocket, it will feel like it is slipping out.
that is the only scary thing about being tilted for me.

Jurassic park ride has the drop at the end which will feel like the drop at Splash mountain at the motherland.

dr doom/my favorite/ is a quick lift up and a very slow drop.
if you listen to the story line from the speakers, you will know when you will be shot to the top of the tower in the ride.

TF and Spiderman have similarities.
you are in a ride car that does move inside the building and you are watching screens during the ride.
it has the sensation of moving along throughout the ride.

do you know how the other rides on your list are or do you need explanations of them?

The Simpsons and Escape from Gringotts are also new for me... anything problematic there? Motion Simulation, Drops, and Speed I can handle. The only thing that gets my stomach turning a bit are upside down loops and being sent backwards at a high velocity. I don't do Aerosmith. I do Expedition Everest but the part that sends you backwards always makes me a little woozy... but nothing more than that.

Neither have any loops. Simpsons stays in place, it's a simulator in front of a screen.

The only rides with loops are Hulk and Dragon Challenge. Rip Ride Rockit looks like it has a loop, but it doesn't actually invert.

Just saw a youtube for rip ride rockit. That looks doable.

the simpsons ride is the same concept that Back to the Future ride was.

you view everything on the screen.

i have read some posters say the view from the roller coaster caused some motion sickness for them.

the simpsons take a roller coaster ride and it gives you a feeling you are on a roller coaster based on the views on the screen.

if the youtube video of the RRR didn't bother you, most likely the simpsons ride won't bother you.

the ride is a hoot..........!!
