I'm having a hardtime deciding what 1-credit counter services places to pick for dining any suggestion?
This is what i have on my list for 1-credit counter services so far...
-flametree (dd9) Restaurantosaurus or Pizzafari
-cosmic Rays
-Earl of sandwhich

1.Does Restaurantosaurus take the ddp , if so is it a 1 credit counter service? Is just the happy meal thats covered?

All counter service locations are one credit per meal. :goodvibes

Adults may order any entree or combo meal on the adult menu, and kids may order any combo meal from the kids menu. Usually the kids, and sometimes the adults too, have a choice of side dishes. A non alcoholic beverage is included... water, juice, soda, etc.

Flametree, Cosmic Rays and Earl of Sandwich are all excellent choices.

Did not really find anything in Disney Studios (as far as CS) worth eating however, not too far from Disney Studios. I might also suggest the Spoodles pizza window on the boardwalk (if you are pizza people). Also Wolfgang Puck Express in Downtown Disney was one of the best CS meals we had the entire trip.

Our favorite CS places are:

AK -- Pizzafari (but not for the pizza (though my DD likes it), the sandwiches are delicious and the breadsticks are one snack credit)

MK -- Columbia Harbour House (everything we've tried here has been good)

Epcot -- Tangierine Cafe in Morocco and Kringla Bakery in Norway... Sunshine Seasons in the Land Pavilion has a pretty big variety of foods though it gets a little hectic in there

DHS -- Catalina Eddie's has an okay Italian sandwich, my DD likes Pizza Planet (but then she really likes Disney pizza, and at Pizza Planet there's no kids menu so she can get the adult pizza/salad combo without my having to share with her)

DtD -- Wolfgang Puck Express (everything we've tried here has been good)

About Flame Tree BBQ - If you order one of the "favorites" or "chilled offerings" and in addition you would like fries or onion rings (which are not part of the combos) do they include them with the 1 credit or are you forced to use another credit since those are considered snacks on the side? I guess I'm asking this of Casey's Corner and every other CS location.

Thanks!

They would be considered a snack and you would need to use a snack credit for them. They're not included with the meal unless specified in the meal/entree description.

The Spoodles pizza window at BW does not accept the dining plan.

These are all 1 credit meals (we just did these a couple of weeks ago on the DDP)

At Animal Kingdom: Flametree BBQ-delish ribs w/cornbread & baked beans & soda or water counts as 1 counter service...you also get a dessert (they have a couple of pre-made choices) but we found that asking for the minute maid frozen lemonade was a great dessert choice (especially on a hot day.)

At Hollywood Studios- Starring Rolls Bakery offers a couple of fresh, very large & very good sandwich choices at lunch time, comes with chips & soda or water...and the bonus is the dessert choices...virtually anything in the bakery for dessert.

At Downtown Disney- The Earl of Sandwich, original 1762 sandwich is outstanding (r. beef & melted cheese with a creamy horseradish) comes with chips, drink & several dessert choices, all good.

At Epcot-Sunshine Seasons, lower level of The Land building...multiple choices, not your usual fast-food. Good desserts, too.

At Magic Kingdom-Cosmic Rays...good fast food & fun setting

All CS meals are one-credit meals.

Restaurantosaurus does participate in ddp, but it no longer serves McDonald's menu items.

I don't know that the pizza window at the Boardwalk is included in the ddp. I thought that it wasn't and didn't see it listed on the link provided.

oops...sorry just read through all the posts and saw this was already verified
