Since I'm beginning to think our 1 BR villa at the BLT won't be available next year I'm looking at other options. Since we have three little kiddos we want to have either two connecting rooms or a suite. I found a 1 BR Princess Suite at the Poly and I wanted to see if anyone has stayed there before. If you have what did you think of it? More importantly, how big is the day bed in the living area? My husband would be sleeping on it and he is 6 feet tall so it can't be a dinky little bed or else he will be miserable. I would love to get some opinions on this! Thank you!!!

You can probably see photos on the Tikiman site. I know nothing other than those rooms are in their own building and also come with Club Level amenities (although the lounge is not in the same building). That's where Angelina Jolie and other stars have stayed. They are very expensive. More than DVC.

I'm guessing the day bed is just like all the others. They are as big as a twin bed it looks like. Only my kids have slept on one at the Poly so i can't speak to it personally. All the Poly rooms have a daybed.

Also keep in mind that the 1 BR units at DVC properties will have a full kitchen. If I remember correctly, the Princess Suite at the Polynesian has a fridge, sink, and microwave in the kitchen area, but certainly NOT a full kitchen.
