1-26-13 Magical Western Caribbean

Just an FYI in case anyone is interested, I spoke with Disney Cruise Line today about the films scheduled and this is what should be showing throughout the sailing:

Toy Story 3 (some in 3D)
Brave (some in 3D)
Tangled (some in 3D)
Frankenweenie
Chimpanzee
Wreck-It Ralph
Avengers
Lincoln
People Like Us
Monsters, Inc. (3D)
Odd Life of Timothy Green

See Ya' Real Soon! :wave2:

Got to thread party a little late. Thanks for posting all the movies. Wouldn't mind seeing some of them again, especially Wreck-it Ralph. Video game nostalgia. :)

Hi all! It's very last minute, but I'll be joining you on this sailing as well! If we had known earlier we would have joined up with the FE. It's always a lot of fun. We'll still hang ours up since I got a few little things to put in there each day to surprise my son. It will be my DS (almost 5) and myself. DH and DD are staying back home and this is just a mommy-son trip. Hooray!

Anything I missed on your thread that you're planning? Fill me in!!! Any other moms and their little boys onboard? It's sure to be a fun cruise! See you all very soon!:yay::yay::yay:

Welcome! I'm traveling with my family, but my youngest son is 4.5 years old ;) thank you for the movie info! Be sure to post your cabin # I've got some extra FEs for little boys :)

Hi everyone! We will try to stop by the Promenade Lounge to meet up with you all then! I don't have my stateroom assignment yet. I should have it by early in the week so I'll let you know when I do.
Really looking forward to it!

Thanks for sharing this great info! Those sound great!

Getting so close...busy packing and preparing stuff!

I'm not sure if it was mentioned already in the thread, but does anyone know what shows are playing in the evening? Twice Charmed? Any others?

If this cruise holds to what they did on the six night over New Years, I know at least five of the shows (one navigator was missing from the person I got these from):
Night 1: All Aboard: Let the Magic Begin
Night 2: Villians Tonight
Night 3: Twice Charmed
Night 4: ??
Night 5: Wreck It Ralph (Yes, the movie)
Night 6: Disney Dreams

Yes, I believe night four is pirate night, but they still do a show, don't they? The pirate thing on board isn't until after second dinner, so they'd still be doing a show in the theater during meals.

I can't figure out how to designate tips on the Disney site. Can anyone help me?? I think I read that it needs to be done more than 3 days prior to sail day. Thanks!!

Isn't night 4 pirate night? Still looking for eye patches...

How many do you need? I am making my family some. I might be able to make a few more.

Thanks for the welcome everyone! We literally just booked on this cruise, that's why I didn't get to the thread earlier.
Hope to have my stateroom assignment soon.

Someone asked about what night is pirate night:
This should be the rotation:
1- Cruise Casual
2 - Formal
3 - Cruise Casual
4- Pirate
5 - Semi-Formal
6 - Cruise Casual

Hope that helps! :)

You're sweet, thank you! Maybe we'll see you at the meet n' greet and our boys can meet. Mine doesn't even know he's coming with me yet! He'll be so excited when I tell him. :)

Our grandson still doesn't know either. Won't they both be so excited. Maybe they can "compare notes" at the meet.
