First cruise of any kind for us on 1/20! Myself, wife, son (2) and daughter (turning 5 just before we go).

We've been watching / reading the boards to learn ever since we booked and just finally registered. Lots of great information; thanks to all who have provided it.

I just started packing tonight and am working on my lists. I pulled out the summer attire, Disney sweatshirts and beach wear. Now I just have to figure out what to bring. I have my passporter packing list plus all the great lists from this webiste...so hopefully it will be a breeze.....like those you get while sitting on your verandah sailing the Carribean!

Yeah bywheel ....don't you know it. Actually 3 weeks from today we will be hanging at the hotel ...trying to sleep but being way too excited..and counting the hours until we get our flight out Thursday morning....

This will be our 9th Disney Cruise, and I have to say that we are all just as excited as with the first!

I can't believe it...3 weeks!!! I have been planning this trip in my head for so long...now it is actually time to start packing! I am taking out the suitcases and picking out warm weather clothes!!! Yahoo!

Anyone interested in scheduling a meet once we are all on the ship?

I have the suitcases out, the summer clothes washed and ready ..I think I know what I am bringning but am also sure I will change my mind a couple of times. I have been scoping out places to shop and eat in St Martin and
St Thomas , signed up for an excursion , Palo and Spa and now I am counting down the last few days.
I am so excited!!!!!

Tinkified, I think it would be fun to set up a meet...what does everyone else think?

Does anyone who has gone before know of an easy way to get from Orlando area to the Port Saturday morning? We are thinking about taking the discount limo....what does everyone think? Thanks....we will be in DW on Friday, so also thought about renting a car and driving over to a hotel on Friday night then taking a hotel shuttle to port....however, then we would have the problem of getting back to Orlando for Sunday flight home.

Thanks for the help!! Only 17 days until we leave....

We are flying in on Friday, and are renting a car from Alamo. I was able to get a compact rate of 101.00 for the week. We are staying at the Quality Suites in Cocoa. They have a park and cruise package of 130.00 (includes tax) so we can leave the car there. They do have a shuttle that takes you to port. We are only paying about 10.00 more by renting the car for the week, so that is the plan for us. Can't wait!!!! We should arrange a meet and greet, that would be great.....who's in!?!?!?!

hi all!! i am going to be on the jan 20 cruise with you guys!!!
This is our first cruise ever!! Very excited!! I arrive in orlando on the 19th and im staying at the hyatt at the airport!!!

Hopefully we'll meet some of you. we are (myself, hubby, daughter 23 months, and mother inlaw!

Count down is on!!! 18 days till i leave!!!
