Not everyone likes www.priceline.com but it has been very good to us many times in the area. Not sure how familiar you are with Priceline, but make sure you click on the "Name your own price" box on the site. Follow the directions to the Disney area and the check only the Lake Buena Vista box on the choice of areas.
For your budget, I would bid Lake Buena Vista area only at 3.5 star for about $50-55. Not sure if you will get free breakfast, but nice hotels on the list. We have hit Embassy Suites twice with this bid. If rejected you can add one location, like Celebration, maybe add $5 to the bid and see what happens. These are $100+ a night hotels that you can get for a nice price.

For the bit more faint of heart, you might try www.hotwire.com and look in the Lake Buena Vista area and see what they offer for a specific price.

try last minute travel. They show photos of the place and you can pretty much figure which hotel it is.
