1/2 Day Tickets for Islands of Adventure

We are coming down for a cruise and wanted to go to Universal's Islands of Adventure for a 1/2 day after debarkation. There use to be a half day entrance fee, but I can't find it anywhere under ticket information.
I am hoping this is a well kept secret. Dose anyone know if this is still around and how much the ticket cost?

They have "after 2" tickets for convention goers but I don't think they're available to the general public. The discount is around $15 off the full-day admission price.
