Just popping in to say hi to all of you cruising on Jan 15! I'll be there too! I can't believe I didn't find you guys a year ago when I booked. I went to join and realized I had actually joined back in 2002. lol! Well, better late than never, right?
I'm Jackie. I'll be sailing w/my dh and my 2 dd's, ages 6 and 8 (on Jan 15! and she really can't wait for her bday!). I am one of the folks cruising w/the Disney Dollarless group. It's been so much fun getting to know my fellow cruisers. It's going to be that much more fun for our family since we already feel like we know a bunch of folks on the ship! And now maybe I'll get to know a few more over here.
We are arriving on the 14th and staying at the Radisson. I really wish I'd been here earlier this year, so I could have gotten a better rate. But it's ok...it's booked and I'm excited! We only have one excursion booked. We are going to do one of the submarine rides (not the really expensive 2 person one - the other one. lol!). We are not yet sure what all we'll be doing otherwise, but I've been put on notice that my 8yo does not plan to leave the kids clubs *at all*! lol!
We are also traveling w/my 82 yo mom. This will be her first cruise (it will be my family's 1st cruise also, my 2nd) and she's very excited. Of course, I neglected to make sure her paperwork was in order, so I'll be running around like a mad woman getting her birth cert and id card! Wish me luck! lol!
My expectation is that I will spend as much time as is humanly possible in the Spa. If anyone has any suggestions on what treatments to schedule, please let me know. And if you see someone sprinting to the spa immediately after boarding, more than likely it will be me! ;-)
I did take the time to read all the posts on this thread last night. I feel like I've gotten to know some of you. lol! Maybe I'll get to meet you all onboard! I can't believe it's almost here!!!!!
