We will be visiting April 17 to 26 with a cruise the 20th to the 24th. Trying to plan out our days. Last cruise we took our time were off boat and at airport terminal by 930 so I was planning on going to Universal the Friday we arrive (24th) and Saturday (25) the Friday I am sure we will be at the park by noon if not earlier are these 2 days enough to do universal. DS is a big Harry Potter fan and we would like to ride all the rides at least once and spend time exploring the Harry Potter worlds. We are planning to stay on site so will have express pass. Shows are not so important to us since DD has a hard time sitting thru the shows. Any advice is appreciated. Thanks

Maybe slightly abbreviated depending on crowd levels but you should be able to hit quite a bit with a hotel express pass and 1 1/2 days. We managed to do everything we wanted in that time in our Feb 2012 visit. But it was also empty!

I think it's enough to take in most of the highlights, especially with your express passes. If it was me, I'd be tempted to spend your half day at HP. The areas at both parks are so immersive that you could spend hours wandering around and exploring. There aren't that many rides in the HP worlds, so a half day should be enough to hit them all while still enjoying the detail of the shops and such.

If you prioritize, you should be able to catch the rest of the decent rides at IoA & Universal in a day. You probably won't be able to hit it all, but not all the attractions are diamonds anyway so you should at least leave the park feeling like you didn't miss out on much.

Enjoy your visit! :)
