Okay, let's see if I can describe where the hidden Mickey is a little better than I did before. Go down to your twelth picture on your Animal Kingdom day. You should be on the first closeup picture of the Tree of Life.

See the tiger on the left of the tree? Now find the ram just to the right of the tiger. See the buffalo just to the right of the ram? Go back to the space between the ram and the buffalo. See the black blobs? Look at them really closely. They form a hidden Mickey.

Thanks! I didn't get to take as many photos as I wanted after my family arrived. I bet I will get a TON of photos in October if I get any days to myself. So far I think I should get at least a few.

After the safari, we went to Asia to ride Everest. Along the way, my little egg roll stand was open! I was thrilled. I got my vegetarian egg roll. I was so excited that I forgot to take a photo! I did get a photo of DiVine, though:

We got into the single rider line & rode Everest. I love this ride, but this time there were quite a few wasps flying right into the train while we were up high. I would have freaked out if they came near me.

We walked over to Dinoland to check out the wait for Primeval Whirl. The wait was too long for us, so we continued over to Dinosaur.

After Dinosaur, we realized it was time to go back & get ready for dinner at Artist Point. On our way out of the park, we noticed it was getting VERY windy. I took a ton of photos while waiting for the tram.

I love these lanterns- I want one for my house!

What's up with the wasps on Everest? Aren't they afraid of the Yeti?

I just read through this whole report. Your pictures are incredible and make me long for another trip just for picture-taking alone!

Animal Kingdom is one of my favorite places ever. I would be happy working there.

I agree on Cape May Buffet being excellent. My family had an awesome meal there on our Four Parks, One Day day this past summer.

So glad I found this. I am loving all the pictures of Yacht and Beach Club and dreaming of warmth while snow is falling outside my window.

Great pictures! The last time we rode on the safari it started raining so hard! All I could do was laugh because it was like the rain was coming in from all angles. Can't wait for more pictures!

It was a terrible safari ride. The poor animals were out there just standing in the rain. The driver was going fast and we were bouncing all around in the last seat. It seemed like the rain was coming in everywhere. I felt like Forrest Gump in the rain in Vietnam. For whatever reason though, I just couldn't stop laughing. I guess it wasn't a terrible ride. It just wasn't any good for picture taking.

Thanks! I swear I luck out with the drivers slowing down just enough to get a photo once in a while. I have a TON of blurry photos, too- more than the clear ones, actually!

I was so excited that I got flowers for Valentine’s Day that I had to take photos. (I know, I am a dork.)

John & I went to a tapas restaurant called bocado located right in the city I live in. It was GREAT food. I also was watching a local tv show about dining & they featured another place in my city that I have never heard of- it is a wine/cheese/chocolate bar called "The Citizen". You can bet I will have some food photos from there by the end of the week or beginning of next week. I'm hoping to get another trip installment in by the end of today. It is just snowing like crazy here at work & I think it is much worse at my house. Tonight's commute should be a blast.

We got cleaned up & dressed, then drove over to Wilderness Lodge- I really love it there & I want to stay there again ASAP. I took some photos of the entrance & lobby.

We checked in for dinner and went to wait in Territory Lounge.

There was a really cool map on the ceiling:

You guys will kill me- I forgot photos of the bread & appetizers. Sorry! The server was really awesome. She came over & told us about the appetizers. ***Now…on a side not I have to tell you that I HATE mushrooms with a passion…especially Portobello. Our server mentioned that the most popular appetizer was the “Smokey Portobello Soup with Roasted Shiitakes and Chive Oil” and I made the split second decision that I had to try it. She warned me that the shiitakes were going to be crispy & lots of vegetarians that order the soup freak out thinking they are bacon. I was happy for the warning- though, I didn’t think they tasted like bacon. The soup was FANTASTIC. It was creamy & flavorful- I ate every last drop. My brother tried it & even HE liked it! He ordered the “Venison Pot Stickers with Tamarind Ponzu” and my stepmom got the “Mixed Greens Salad with Roasted Pear and Champagne Vinaigrette, Black Diamond Cheddar, and Candied Hazelnuts”. Both really enjoyed them. For entrees, my stepmom got the “Grilled Beef Tenderloin with Roasted Fingerling Potatoes, Sautéed Baby Spinach, Blue Cheese Fritter, and Port Wine Reduction”.

My brother got the “Grilled Buffalo Strip Loin with Goat Cheese Polenta, Ancho-Cherry Compote, Baby Golden Beets, Asparagus, and Dark Chocolate Red Wine Reduction”.

I got the “Potato-Chive Pot Stickers with Edamame, Spinach, and Soy Vinaigrette” and a side of “Truffle Fries”.

We really liked all of the food. My brother said it was one of the “top two” meals he has ever had. I remembered why I swore to go back during my first visit in 2005. After we stuffed ourselves & before we headed over to MK in the cool, damp weather, we ordered a couple of coffee drinks.
My stepmom & brother both got the “Wilderness Coffee” (Bailey’s, Kahlua, coffee, cream, and chocolate shavings) and I got the “Gold Rush” (Grand Marnier, Dark Crème de Cacao, Kahlua, and coffee).

After we were all warmed up we went back through the lobby & went to park at the Polynesian to look through some of the shops before ending up at MK.
