Does anyone plan on going fishing or golfing? I am not familiar with the Disney excursion packages - Have only done the WCarib w/Princess. Have done the Sting-rays and MUST recommend!!! Folks do NOT have to be good swimmers to enjoy this activity. Don't pass on the opportunity ~ It is a great experience

Alaska....got to ask (hope you don't mind me being nosey) just what do you do in Alaska?And what city are you in(near)? My DBIL lived in Alaska as a child (his dad was military) and often speaks very fondly of his years there.

I made reservations with Capt Marvin today for Oct 1, 1/2 day trip. I did mention in my e-mail that others from the "DIS Group" might be making reservations and we would like to be on the same boat if possible. I am not sure how many boats go out at the same time.

You guessed it, DD is Dis Dog ... actually DIS Dalmation. Don't have any kids, can you tell! One of these days I'm going to have to break it to her that she is a dog ... she just seems to think that she is a short, hairy kid.

Mike, got scared cause you weren't on the net much today. Hope you can open the Logo file. I tried to send it to myself and it went OK. Now I have an idea for the backs of the shirts ....

P...You know me too well! And for those of you who don't know me....You'll be able to recognize me...I WILL be the one wearing the Bikini Leaf.

And yes, we booked the RAD....Actually, we booked the RAD for every Fri and Sat night from here to Sept 27th! You know me and my imaginary vacations, I am just hoping we get to hop on down to FL and get on a boat! And you never know if you'll need it for the Magic or Wonder, so I booked them all!

We are going to WDW in April...I just keep hoping DH will surprise me with a cruise! We have all our hotels and character breakfasts lined up, but you know me, I am just hoping I'll be cancelling for a cruise instead. The kicker is that if we can get a 4 day, it will be the Aaron Carter cruise. ICk. But, if we do a 7 day, then we wont have time to do the parks. Ahhh the quandry.

Oh well....can't wait to see the proposed logo! And group name.

We are stuck indoors today. We are in the midst of the big northern ice and wind storm. Everthing has been cancelled today. And us, with no eggs or milk for pancakes. I had plenty of coffee though!!! So, I will probably be on the boards today! Hope to see some of you here!

Mike, my DD 2yr and 8 mo gets so excited when she sees your signature! She immediately recites all their names.....

Dopey, Snow White, Sneezy, Bashful, Sleepy and Bashful and Sleepy and Dopey. (she actually knows all their names, and which one is which, but it is so much cuter when she says it like this!)

Everyone going to tape the Travel Channel tomorrow? At 11:30, they spot the GF, and at 3pm they spot the AKL!!!

If you are going to be stuck on this thing all day like me........LOL...at least you could log onto AIM!!! I've lost my voice. Screaming at Mutt and jeff now comes out like a Squeak...... alas........they just ignore me anyways. I took them to dinner last night and my voice was completely gone. Jeff held me hostage........she had to order my dinner for me. How I longed for all of those wonderful Crab Legs at Palo's brunch. By the way, I booked 2 rooms at the Rad, the regular room and the Whirlpool suite. I'm still trying to figure out which one of you kind people will let mutt and jeff sleep with you. The jacuzzi isn't quite as romantic with the family thing going on
I'm still trying to figure out how I am going to call all of the people I need to, today.

Patty, after reviewing this whole thread a few days ago to get a list of cruisers, I have come to the following conclution.........YOU MUST SAIL WITH US!!! You have posted almost as much as Papa!!!LOL! It just isn't right to be as active on this thread and NOT be coming with us! So.......get on the phone.....and book the 9/28/02 cruise!!!!!

Last year when getting dropped off at the Rad after or 9/22 cruise, I noticed a women waiting with luggage to get ON the ship (I could tell by the luggage tags and the duc taped cases of soda!) We started chatting and it turned out to be none other the the infamous PeaGreenID!!!It was so cool! I DID wish I was getting back on the ship with her and her family, but after months of bantering back and forth on these boards, it was so very nice to meet her and her DH.

Yesterday our weather was beautiful ... warm 70ish today the wind is blowing really bad and it's 24ish ... What's up with that?

Mary .... hope thes rest of those that are on this cruise check in with you soon ... so we can really get a feel on what all of the fellow DIS CRUISEARS are like.

I sent my info to RT even though we won't be making ressies till summer. But I figured that since I had the Rad booked already, that counted for something!

Have been reading this thread. We are going on the cruise. Just booked it. Originally we were taking our three children(we just did the cruise Feb 23rd) but......they don't want to go again. They want to go to dw instead. OK....So we are taking them in June and are going alone on the 28th. Am wondering if we will feel funny on a ship that is so geared towards kids. I know on the last cruise we ended upnot doing lots of the late night stuff as the kids got tired. Are there any other adults going sans kids? Also, on this last trip we were in 8584 it was great with a verandah. This cruise is actually a "won" cruise and is for a category 11 room. I definitely want to be able to at least open a window. We will upgrade, but I don't think we need a category 8 since there are only us two. What kind of cabin do I need to ask for? Thanks for your help., inkbounc

Just got thru watching the 9-11 show .... I'm afraid I'm speechless. Saying a little prayer that a tragedy like that will not happen again in my lifetime. God bless all those families that lost someone dear.

Gotta get to sleep, alarm goes off too early these days.
