09/21/08 SSMC08 S.S. Member Cruise 2008 - Part 2!

Good Evening,
Since I have only been on one cruise, I am curious what kind of things you put on the door or bring as extras for the cruise? I should start getting organized as it is amazing how fast time goes, especially in September with school and programs starting now. I am unsure of what the whole fish extender is all about, again I am earning my ears so I am learning still. Thank you all and have a great Wednesday!

Have been busy the past couple of days and haven't been able to get on.
Monday I was fishing most of the day with my #2 Son and yesterday Nancy and I went to the beach for the day. I know she posted a couple of times monday when I was fishing.
Joan thanks for the dining list. I printed it out last night. We remember Cheryl
from last years cruise The other two couples we will be meeting.
Mary I think you said at some point within the two week period we will be receiving our Doc's? I doesnt make much difference because we regestered on line last month all we need is luggage tages

Good Morning all...Can everyone send some PD and prayers our way! We may have had a big change to our cruise plans yesterday. Tim's grandma fell and broke her hip, shes going to have surgery later this week or early next, and we are unsure if she is going to be able to make the cruise. She says shes going, but the Dr said he'd recommend her not to go, but would allow her if she agreed to stay in the wheelchair. Tim and I feel responsible because she was taking Lauren to school when she fell. At this point we are just worried that she will be ok, thats the most important thing, the rest will fall into place. So we now have a 4 yr old addition to my dental office...Lauren is the new little helper for a few weeks til we sort all of this out! I'm just glad that I am able to bring her with me, and they understand that its an emergency.

Well...off to finish the work I left yesterday when all of this happened...Hope everyones Wednesday is wonderful!

Well...

I made a fish extender !, Last year I did not know what it was, but I knew I wanted to be part of it. People left things by my Stateroom door.

I knew I wanted to get a button... But Mary did not understand why since I did not post on the boards.

I was ignorant of all these things.

Anyways I am glad I did and glad I am cruising with many of you again.

My wife Nancy hurt her wrist last night and she is off to the doictors to see if she broke or sprang it.

Work has been very stressfull ! I am ready to go cruising and just laying on a raft in Castaway Cay !
