is anyone going to go to Remy on the Dream

I don't think so....not at that price!!!! We need to do this member cruise on the low end!!! Spent double what we wanted to on the last one.

Just thinking.......have any of you purchased into Aulani yet?? We bought 75 points (all we could afford) so we can save up for three use years and go for one week in the highest category studio. We were married in Hawaii, so it holds a special place in our hearts. :lovestruc

No we don't plan to purchase there...would LOVE to visit there, though!

I've heard that brunch at Palo is better than dinner - is that true? I really want to try it this time and DH doesn't want to miss a dinner at one of the restaurant rotations so I figured brunch would be good.

I always thought that until this last time. It was still really good but it didn't seem as good as it had been on previous cruises. (We only had brunch this last time...no dinner)

Will we know in advance what our rotation for dinner will be?

You find out when you check in at the terminal. If you have Palo or Remy booked the same night as you have your first (or only) dining in Animators Palate (that's going to be the same name on the Dream, right?), you definitely want to change your Palo or Remy reservation because you don't want to miss the show in Animator's Palate.

am I close?????????????

No, you weren't close, you were RIGHT ON!!! LOL

I think it was 2 pm last time I was onboard. Not sure though.

I think you're right. I'm sure they can tell you when you check in.

I see some suggestions for booking things that fill up (Remy, Palo) or I might be misreading. Any others? I am definitely taking notes :teacher:

Pictures of the Dream. I took them during the presentation about the Dream on the 2010 memmber cruise. I was late for the presentation so I did not get to see all of them.

i'm just hoping we can book it at all. We aren't castaway club yet, so we can't book until 75 days out. I'm wondering if everything will be gone by then?
hi there how many are in your group. Laura and i are down to just the 2 of us for palos brunch. We can book 105 days out. Debbies group still has 6 . We had 2 tables of 6 on the 2010 cruise. We are going to do it again. We can book and bring 4 others with us if we can get table for 6. They have the brunch the day at sea.

Just two adults in our party. The boys will be on their own for breakfast and lunch. :thumbsup2 If you have room, we'd LOVE to join you!

I guess I am going to have to get over the handholding huh? Seems the place to let them have fun and be free! Well, maybe not the 7 year old no matter how advanced I think she is (of course I do I am her papa after all). The 11 year old won't know what to do with herself!

WHEN IT GETS CLOSER WE CAN BOOK, LAST TIME WE HAD OUR TABLE DEBBIE HAD HERS. ALL 6 OF THEM ARE BACK. ALL 6 ARE ON THIS BOARD ALOT:rotfl2:

ITS JUST LAURA AND I FROM OUR TABLE. WE CAN TRY TO BOOK SAME TIMES.

Are the tables typically 6? We will have room for 2 if thats the case (120 day booking). Would be neat to join the fun!

Edit: on second thought already broke my no handholding statement from above! DOH! We might just up it to room for 4 :nervous:

Well, mine will be 16 and 14, so I have a little more practice with letting go. ;)
