Really want to do this. I also want to do Mickey's Backyard BBQ, but not sure if it is done in the winter.

Yep they do it. Last time we wore our winter coats to it. But the icecream didn't melt.

We always paid out of pocket, so not sure. Unlimited (?) alcohol is included in the ticket price, I think ... or else we paid extra for those tickets.

Oh by the way, whether you drive or take Disney Transportation, you still must switch to the local campground busses when you get to the resort. It is open walled, but covered in case of rain.

We enjoyed it a lot, and the kids (ours was around 3, others up to at least 10) get up and dance with the characters.
