Nope. Bought direct from Disney. They don't tell you this, unless you ask directly, but you can buy the "sold out" resorts for much less than their so called "minimum buy-in". We could have bought as few as 50 points. We wanted OKW anyway, so it was perfect. $90/point and they expire in 2057.

That's what the Guides tell you. But, there are other options they don't discuss so readily. I called and knew exactly what I wanted and exactly what they were willing to do (from other posts on DIS). She said I was very informed and congratulated me for being so savvy.

We got a room in that courtyard overlooking ESPN zone and EPCOT one time. It was awesome!!! Got up early one morning to see a bunch of hot air balloons flying by! It was great!!!
