I don't think a do over will work...I think I'm just not meant to have a good mothers day anymore. Last year my sister dropped my brand new camera and broke it on mothers day. So I think next year I am boycotting mothers day. . I don't think I can handle three bad mothers days in a row!

I agree; you shouldn't celebrate Mother's Day, instead you should just change the day to Debbie's Day and celebrate that

I'm sorry you had such a bad Mother's Day. I don't remember any Mothers Day I had like that but I remember the boys having their fits and losing expensive things too and all the screaming and yelling, and threatening. So glad mine are grown up now. Your Mothers Day's will get better!

Thankfully the $400 worth of merchandise was recovered yesterday cause now just cost me another $400 on the cruise! She's worth it though.

Ok, this is the way I 'figger it... Since Deb had such a horrible day, she gets "Debbie's Day on the Dream" Well, since I was here for you through it all and provided moral support and all that, how about "Andy's Alcohol Day on the Dream"?

I don't like the new McD's. They are trying to attract adults instead of kids now. I know it's a/k/a "Crack for Kids" but it used to be a fun place to take the kids to play in the middle of winter when it was too cold to go outside. They are tearing down the Playland McDonald's and rebuilding this new McDonald's, so when it's all said and done, there's one less option for us in the COLD winter regions to take our kids to work off some of their extra energy in the winter.

Thank you! And, quite honestly, I could deal with fits and screaming, but his behavior yesterday was just blatant disregard of his mother's request to behave. He was aggravating his little sister (even threw her brand new sun glasses in the GARBAGE at one point), and he kept getting up from the table to go run outside. He was acting like a 2 year old instead of an 11 year old.

Per my post above, I am graciously declining the "Debbie's Day on the Dream", but "Andy's Alcohol Day on the Dream" sounds PERFECT! We will all definitely be celebrating that one!
