We know both sides are done, it is the middle that is hollow:rotfl2:

Speaking of the ship, I knew she was taller and longer, while still about the same width as the Wonder/Magic, but I never expected her to look so "topheavy". One of the helicopter angles was a little shocking to me. I guess if she made it across the Atlantic safely, I shouldn't worry about her rolling over in high seas, but it would seem to defy physics.

Good morning cruisers! I'm here but only for a few minutes. I have to pick up my free Chick Fil A spicy chicken sandwich in a bit. I have a time slot in which to do this. I won't be eating it I will get it for my sons to try. Love all their other chicken though. :goodvibes
Hope everyone is having a good week so far :thumbsup2

There is a Chick Fil A in the food court at the Orlando Airport ... Just thought I'd mention that ...:thanks:

Exactly what I was thinking. It looks like a container ship with lots of sleeping quarters.....but wait....isn't that what a cruise ship is? So maybe it does look OK after all.

There is rumor that our local Uno's is closing and a Chick Fil A will take it's place. I SOOOOOOO hope that is true!!!!! The last two times we've flown into Orlando, the first stop (after picking up the rental car) has been Chick Fil A! Right now the closest one to us is about an hour away.

There was a video or a picture of the ship as she was coming out of the shipyard where she actually looked CROOKED!!! Like she was leaning over and was going to tip!:eek::eek:

I am pretty sure Disney does not want to remake the Poseidon Adventure in 3D.:3dglasses

My uneducated guess would be that she was very light until sailing in deeper water where could take on water to balast the ship. I'm guessing that the shipyard and maybe even the river are pretty shallow. If she was listing as you describe, I bet more than a few people were nervous.

Michael, you are the man!!! :woohoo:

Now I am guaranteed to be able to try it out :goodvibes

Just don't fly in or out on Sunday ... We have no Chic Fil A here in Appleton, no White Castle not even a Waffle House! ... half an hour South of Green Bay ... Heck we don't even have professional football around here ...

What I need is some way to magically transport my self to a one of those places ... :teleport: and get some good fast food!

Now wait a minute....I let you drive through White Castle whenever we are near one. I think that is true love.

And I am always so grateful!

Going on a road trip with you my honey, no matter how short or long, is the best adventure I can ever have. :cloud9:

Going on the :boat: with you is going to be a Dream come true ...

Wow, as you have demonstrated many times before, you are smooth Michael! :smooth:

I do not have many of the fast food places you all love so much, but I have always had a white castle no more than 2 miles from my house. I remember spending many hours as a youngster watching them steam cook those sliders through the glass viewing panels. YUMMMM

You know they are NOT open on Sunday, right? (seems I do most of my long travels on Sat/Sun, and have forgotten before).

Oh man that has happened to us a couple of times now. We get in the parking lot and think wow it's not crowded, duh!

I hope I did this correctly so that all can see this video clip. It show both port and starboard shots of the dream so everyone can try to locate their place on the Dream.

Thanks that was just beautiful!!!

Thanks! We also love Nathans! You can get a hot dog but they are so good there.
