Oh, my! No, I forgot. :guilty:

I'm on it:

Take a pound of ground beef, season it with onion powder, garlic powder and pepper, and brown it. Add enough ketchup to make it fairly reddish. Cook that a few minutes and add enough water to almost have it covered. Take a half box (8oz. dry) of macaroni cooked al dente, and add that to the ground beef/ketchup. Cover and cook down until the water is gone. Simple, easy, and pretty tasty for a very quick meal. The 2 secrets are adding water to the cooked beef/ketchup and covering it after adding the macaroni to let it cook down. Your milage may vary, depending upon hammer speed and seasonings you prefer.

The stuff my wife used to make trying to replicate her mother's recipe SUCKED very much badly! This is surprisingly tasty. And all I had to do was ask. Took me about 34 years to do that though! :rotfl2:
Thanks Dan. I'll try it and see if DH will eat it. Sounds good to me.

Kind of surprising. As best I could tell, a crude distribution of where people onboard might be from. Based on people who have posted at least once on this thread AND listed the state where they are from (so my wife doesn't count because she hasn't posted to this thread).

Go Illinois!!! It's your birthday!!! :cheer2:

We have a custard stand that makes a pumpkin custard that puts Culver's to shame. AND they have a spectacular caramel sauce which when combined with some pecans makes for a superb sundae! Too bad I have to wait until next month! :(

Fish Extender Update!

We have officially exceeded the number of participants on the 2010 SS Member Cruise!:banana::banana:

TWENTY FIVE STATEROOMS!!!!! Last time we had twenty three staterooms.

I think everyone is in agreement that if it gets too big we'll separate into two groups.

Just curious.....I know we talked about splitting it into two smaller groups if it gets too big, but what's everyone's definition of "too big"? I figure you can all PM me with the answer (too hard to keep up on here) and I'll just go with the median average number. How's that sound?

P.S. IF we have to separate into two groups and you would still like to exchange with EVERYONE in both groups, I will just put your name on both lists.

Good Morning EVERYBODY!!!!

We are booked on the Fantasy maiden voyage :banana::banana: :cheer2::cheer2::cheer2::yay::yay::yay::woohoo: :woohoo:
You can book online from the main page right now :cool1:
We are in a category 6B. The concierge category wasn't even available to book I guess the gold and platinum members snagged those up yesterday. Not that Wally would have gone for it
So excited to be going on a maiden voyage. This is one of those "bucket list" things for us, sailing on the MV of a cruise ship.
It's even more special for us since it is a DCL ship!!!! :dance3::jumping1:

YIPPEE!!! Good for you. How exciting!! Wish we could go too.:upsidedow

Oh man sounds good.

Have you tried the Starbucks Pumpkin Spiced Latte? It's very good:cool1:

I had my most recent one 15 hours ago! It's like a holiday every year for me on the day they out! My baristas know I love them so much that as soon as they are released and I walk in they start making mine.

We also have a local restaurant that is also a brewery and they make a pumpkin beer. They garnish the glass with crushed pumpkin seeds and brown sugar and it is to die for! We went last week and the beer was not ready yet so I guess George will just have to take me this Sunday!

Oh no we were just in Dekalb last Saturday, dang. My husband wanted a trip to Farm n Fleet. We are in Wheaton.
Okay, it is pretty close to Farm and Barn. It is just off Sycamore road on Oakland Drive right by where K-Mart used to be. :lmao:

I was just informed by my DW that they DO have the pumpkin custard now... I think she has been holding out on me!
