That's true, you did specify a good beer. I missed that.
And of course, since this soup is made with a good Canadian beer, it should also be enjoyed with the reaminder of the six-pack, right?

bummer... do they have any frozen quarts you can buy. I have a friend from DeKalb coming up tomorrow nite for a candle party we're going to. I'd ask her to stop and get some if they would have any frozen.

Yes, they should have some. See if you can get them to sell you some of the caramel sauce too. It is, hands down, the BEST we have ever had.

Originally it was going to be "the other half can (bottle) of beer". But its worse than that. A cup is only 8 ounces...half cup 4 ounces. So I had to break out the slide rule.

Yep. You've probably already know that Disrailfan & Mousefan64 are from Noblesville, and Luckymomoftwo and Steamboat Willy Nilly are from Hobart. Like the six degrees of Kevin Bacon and It's a Small World, I bet there is more common ground among us than we know. We'll have to talk on the ship.
