I will say that the Pizza industry is not happy to see the kids go back to school...They drink a lot of milk which makes our cheese prices increase until school gets out next summer...Supply and Demand I guess...

What brand name cheese do you use?

When I had my restaurant I used Grande Cheese. It Is the best around in my opinion! When other cheeses cost $50 a case (10 years ago) Grande was $100 and it was sooo worth it!

I hate to sound snooty but new York has the best pizza, I can't eat it when I'm outside of NY

Halloween and Christmas are the best times to make the $$$.
I used to carry a scary mask to wear to the door, always got good tips once got invited in for a photo session...
Christmas you can not miss with the Santa hat...

We do nothing like that around here.

Pizza for lunch is also used to reward students for group achievements. Maybe you could approach the principle at some area schools and generate some delivery business

I go closest to furthest almost always. I will make an exception when I know the tip is great. People know where they live in reference to the store so my motto is to piss off the one (the farthest) and not all of them by taking the farthest first even though they may be the oldest.

We use 100% Grande Mozzarella Part Skim..

We are located at the 70 and 81 Interstate intersection and have had many customers stop in from NY and NJ and they all say that ours is the closest they have had to home...

Yes!!! Your snooty! I like all different kinds but outside of Chicago or New York pizza can get really bland.

New York pizza is good no question, but if that is all you eat, you are missing some good pizza

I have never worked a Halloween. I even got fired cause I wouldn't do it. I drive like an "idiot" while delivering and I couldn't live with myself if I hit a child so I have never done it.
