Good morning all!!! As usual, I am the first one up. Already awake, run a couple of miles. & am at work with my 1st cup of coffee in hand.

The Braves won!!! Good for us, not so much for you.
We have 12 L&D beds, building 12 more. This is our new hospital. The main L&D that I used to work at has 42 L&D beds!!!!!!

Wow, 42 L&D beds! Hope you have your catcher's mitt and rollerskates handy. Take care of your back, we have injuries on our unit too.

The Brewers won last night as well. Up by 7 games over the Cardinals. No triple play last night though. (Had one night before last along with 4 double plays) It was a walk off pinch hit single that won the game last night.
Congratulations to your community on the new Hospital!

I got my 10 mile bike ride in this morning. I ride 5 miles over to my son the fitness trainer's gym. Usually just visit for a few minutes and them ride back. He had extra time this morning and decided working with weights would be fun, so got in some weight training too before riding home. yes it is still HOT here

We are taking our first cruise which is also our first members cruise,we don't know what to expect,any advice would be grateful. we have been members since 2009 BLT.

You can expect to have a great time...especially if you hang around this group of DISers!
The best advise I can give to a first time cruiser is this: don't try to do everything there is to do. DCL Cruise Directors are very good at making sure there is something for everyone happening at all times. When you check in at the terminal they will give you a navigator. This will tell you everything that is going on that first day of the cruise. Then each night your stateroom host will give you another navigator for the next day. Read through these navigators and pick out what you want to do. If you are planning another DCL cruise, book it while you are on the ship to get better on board credits and a 10% discount. And they only require 10% down instead of 20%.
Don't hesitate to ask any questions.
