We are on the cruise as well. It will be our first member cruise. It was going to be our second cruise with out our children but we just found out that the university of Washington starts after the cruise so our oldest daughter is joining us!!

We are wondering do we need to collect our luggage at PC (on the last day) or will it magically get to the airport. We are taking the Magical Express from PC to MCO.

I think it will go straight to the airport but I am not sure because you traveled out side of US

You will pick it up at the port. The night before you will get a tags to put on your bags, telling you where your luggage will be in the terminal. You must have bags in hallway before 11pm on the last night. Otherwise you will be carrying them off the ship. The next morning you have breakfast with your same wait staff and table from last dining rotation. You then disembark and go get your luggage where the tag told you to go. REAL EASY. You then get in line and go thru US immigration. Americans in one line and the rest of us in the other. Then you walk outside to the buses and board the right bus. Your luggage will be stored underneath on the bus. Then you check in at your proper airline at the airport. We have always done it that way.

Is 2:00 PM a good time for a flight out of MCO on the day we get off the ship? I don't want to be rushed, and I don't want to spend too much time hanging out at the airport. We have not decided what to do about transportation, we will have a car for the week before and have not decided whether we will just keep it or do something else...

I'm no expert but from what i have read anything after 12:00 (noon) should be okay. But 1:00 is better. So 2 should be great. It's getting closer starting to talk about airfare and transportation.

But the main question is it September yet. We are having such a weird spring 80 in March and 40 in April ugg.

I just signed up for the FE. Been lurking around, not posting much since this will be our first Disney cruise. We will be going down to WDW for the big pin event on 9/7 and 9/8 (I am a huge pin collector!), DH has a conference there from 9/10-14 and then the cruise! We will be staying at BCV for the first few days(easier to get to the pin event at EPCOT) and then moving over to BLT (our favorite!) for the rest of the days until the cruise. Looking forward to meeting everyone!

Can you tell me more about the PIN EVENT, Im addicted to PINs also Cant wait to meet you to talk PINS Looks like I will miss the event but will keep it in mind for another year. The last 4 years we have done Halloween the day after Member cruise. I wait in the store that sells Pins in Frontierland until 7pm when they bring out the Halloween special Pins Same at Christmas. Last year we didnt get to go to Mickeys Christmas Party so I didnt get last years Pins. I have a roomful of Pins in Frames including corresponding Photos ive taken. An example would be a large Frame with multiple openings. The photos of each Attraction are In the in the opening corresponding to where they are in MK. I have a larger photo in the centre of the Castle. I place all the pins of each attraction around the castle photo on the side of he MK they are in.
One day I will hang up all the frames, they are all leaning against the wall waiting for me to redo my room Laura thinks im NUTS!!!!!
