omgosh! I am actually caught up!!! whee! now Im going to bed I am tired..whatd yall think of my incident?

Finally I am cathing up to myself!
Sorry to leave you all hanging for so long...here is the story..
On Sat afternoon the kids wanted to go to Blizzard Beach. If you have ever driven there, you will notice that you enter the parking lot to the right, and all the parking rows are one way...IE pick a row, go up, if not spot you have to circle around again.
Well I had cirled around a few times, when finally I saw reverse lights up ahead, and being alone with the 4 kids, I wastrying to get as near the entrance as poss. I went up the aisle, when I saw mini van waiting to down the up only aisle to take the spot. Yep. I pulled in. Wrong thing to do? Probably, but technically I was following the lot rules he was not. He honked at me and shot me the bird. The went down the uponly one lane over and ended up one car in fron and to the left of me. The whole time they (husband and wife) we calling me fat and saying that I saw them and stole their place. I said, sarcastically, " thats just great I hope you all have a GREAT day!" Kill em with kindness right? When I unloaded the kids, the wife tells **MY** kids, (who did she think she was to address my kids) "Dont eat alot like your mommy kids, youll be fat like her!" ANd proceeds to call me a stupid fat witch only with a different letter. Guys, this lady was no vogue model, hell she wasnt even a Lane Bryant model.I said, "hey lady your no skinny minnie yourself" I guess she didnt like that ....she stepped from her car. to MY car at my passenger door where I am stil l trying to unload my kids, ages 11,9 7 and 3!!! 3!!!!!!! And said, oh your gonna get your butt (again cuss word) kicked in the parking lot! You fat B!" At this point, Im thinking how I am gonna get my kids out of the way if this lady comes at me. I will NEVER throw the 1st hit/punch ETC but I WILL defend myself and my kids. I told her " You need to STEP away from me now!" Because it was go time and I was ready is she stepped to me anymore....I mean really..to trade verbal insults is one thing but to step to my face and threaten me in front of her DD and my 4 kids one of whom is 3?!?!?! Can you say CRAZY??? ANyway she steps away and I walk behind them on the way to the gate, they are muttering about me just loud enough for me to hear it. I hear the husband say, "Oh shes crazy,,she has 100 lbs on you no doubt. And anyways she is too fat to walk the extra 100 feet thats why she took our spot" to which I said " We have already established that I am fat. What is your excuse? I know I am fat, you're not hurting my feelings any, trust me it is not secret. It is not like I didnt know!" I know probably not the smartest thing, but at this point I was getting so mad about the fact that she had the nerve to threaten me in front of my kids! They started the verbal crap again, and I said "We need to get Disney security involved in this because I dont like the fact that you threatened me" ...them "Whatever! Get them if you want...we'll stay!" Follow again to gate, they were getting their tickets out to go in...I stepped to the side of the CM working their turnsstile and asked for Disney security because there was a problem and she had threatened me....THe look of shock on these peoples faces should have won on OSCAR....They acted like I was the one who started everything and that I was lying! I just couldnt believe that there were people in the world like that, no less in DISNEY WORLD!!! Lying through their teeth...I was sooooo hoping that security would ask all the kids what happened...because kids will tell the truth..but it didnt come to that....after about 30 mins security came asked what was going on, they said " Let he tell it she has already admitted that she lied!" GRRRRR>>>>

I feel like they saw taht I was alone, with no DH and were trying to intimidate me. If my DH had been along I do not think it would have escalated as it did. I also felt like I had to see it through because my kids witnesses it, and I wanted to set the example for them that you cant let people push you around, because if they get away with it once they will keep on...so that is my story..sorry so long....

Oh my, I bet you met one of those self-righteous families that we have been discussing who posts on some of the other threads just to get to flame someone else. You know the ones that we would like to look at and say "Heaven forbid someone take what you think is your parking spot, but it's perfectly alright for you to act like an idiot because of it."

Huh??!?! Sounds like you are talking from experience??!?! Do tell!

Oh I've seen my fair share of jails. I prosecuted criminal cases for over five years. I imagine most of the them had a mouse or two in them, but I seriously doubt that they were Mickey and Minnie.

OMG I would say I cant believe it but hey I know these things happen... Sorry It happened in the first place but people are like that... Hey Im the first one to admit Im FAT but people shouldnt be calling you names for something that was thier fault in the first place by traveling down the wrong way of traffic....Think happy Disney thoughts and you will be just fine.... And once you see me and hang around me you will see how small you people really are...LOL....

Well I am rather chatty but I think I am adding to the clutter of the thread so I am trying to contain myself really I am! I just know I hate it when I take the time to post and it seems like I am ignored so I try to talk to everyone on the thread. I dont want anyone to feel ignored or left out. Which I have felt on some cruises with the DIS stuff

Keep chatting. As this cruise gets closer and closer I am getting so excited I can't stand it. Everyone around me is sick of hearing about it. This is giving me to let a little of out without being told to shut up already. Keep talking until we all leave for the port.

Yes! The ones that bug me the most are the ones that say call CPS for everything! Or the ones that cant cut the umbilical cord...

I just don't see why they spend so much money taking so many trips to WDW if everything about it makes them so unhappy. When I was there, I walked around in a daze most of the time because I was so wrapped up in the pure level of excitement and amazement. If someone had been doing something offensive around me, I probably would not have even noticed.

I can't find your original post, but I went back to my quote. Look at the last two lines. You talking about not rebooking on board, and you said that you are "hoping to do ned" and then something that I didn't understand at all, and then said you are waiting on dates to be released. I knew it was a typo, or maybe I am the absent minded one and just don't know what you are talking about.

Just checking in! We are getting very excited about cruising next week!!

I know I dont post much, but i do check in from time to time to say hello.

Im not packed yet and concerned about the weather. Is there anything brewing out there?

I have a update on all you great ladies that are keeping my brother in your prayers.... He is having surgery on Friday which they will put 4 plates in the right side of his face and they will have to do more surgeries later. They said he will never get the feeling back in his face.


Okay enough with that now I just have to complain about the whole school thing. My kids school does not give me a problem but my dd 3rd grade asked her teacher today when she would be getting her work and she told her the last day she is there. I was very unhappy so all three of my kids have notes to take into their teachers tomorrow. Why do they think we are going on vacation!!!!! It is not to sit in the room and do homework......
I am getting more and more convinced that homeschooling is the way. That is if I thought I was smarter them my 6th grader!!!!!

For any of the kids that still would like to have a friend before the cruise my kids would still love to have e-mail pals just pm me.

I used to say Typhoon Lagoon hands down but after this last trip the kids all seemed to prefer BB....TL only has a wee one area and BB has a weeones area AND a spot for the bigger kids plus the family raft rode at BB is way better !

I don't care about the wee one area (no offense) and I agree that the family raft ride is better at BB but I love love love the snorkel tank at TL. Even though it's really cheesey...I love it. Maybe if we get enough snorkeling done during the week, we'll do BB. Refresh my memory, does TL have a ride like summit plummit? Mekayla thinks she wants to do summit plummit. I did it once...never again
