5) Door signs/Tshirts - I have posted two designs that you could use for tshirts or door sign. PM or post your email address so I can send you the jpegs for designs including the buttons.

It does get dusty at the fair...the people that work there will "spray" you with water, sometimes if you want it or not. Last year it didn't seem too bad, I don't remember needing to be sprayed - in 2004 though it was HOT. We left soaked. Mekayla doesn't want to go topless this year...she wants to wear her pirate's night outfit. I think it will be too hot for full on pirate gear. We'll see. If you see me and I have a fairy in tow, I won the argument, if she's a pirate wench, she won. Me personally, I couldn't go topless, everything I got would be hangin' on the floor! - As far as the BO - that's what the patchouli is for. Nothin' better than bad BO covered by too much patchouli!

Amanda01 - GREAT pictures. Thank you so much for sharing them. I loved your shoes and the black dress - looks perfect for formal night to me!

Amanda - Thank you for taking the time to put together an overall look at our groups activities for the week. I'll try to add ours so you can put them in as well. BTW - what is LRC???

Thea - the fair pictures are fantastic. That looks A LOT DIFFERENT than our state fair. Our is mostly an excuse to eat unhealthy food, look at new cars, and visit the various animals. No fairies or dragons to be found The Oregan fair looks just a bit more fun than ours - maybe we'll have to plan a trip for it sometime!

Well, DD6 and DS3 are both really beginning to get excited about the cruise. We haven't talked it up much until recently as I knew that the wait would seem too long for them otherwise. DS is still struggling with potty-training issues but I am hopeful he'll have it all together by September.

Joanne - I might be able to walk with you a few mornings onboard. I will be in the midst of my training program for the WDW marathon and will not want to skip all of my program for the week. An early morning walk around the ship would be a great way to get some mileage in. I had really hoped they would have the yoga on CC that I read about and the pilates in the spa but that doesn't seem to be going on currently - probably depends on whether they have a CM onboard who can teach. So I guess walking/running will be my exercise of choice for the week - let me know what you think and we'll see what we can plan.

Okay - here is our plan for now - of course it could always change as I am notorious for planning and re-planning

Sunday - CC Stingrays 11:00 a.m.

Monday - Palo Brunch - Amanda did you have room for me in the group booking?

Tuesday - Dolphin Encounter at Costa Maya (dd and I only) and then to the beach with DH and DS

Dinner at Palo? (can't decide which night at this point)

Wednesday - Beach on our own - don't really know what to do in Cozumel at this point

Thursday - Palo Brunch? (if we don't do the group one on Monday)
Palo High Tea

Friday - Stingrays at CC 11:00 a.m. (DH is planning to take DD this day and I am taking her on Sunday)

Palo dinner? (if we decide on this night versus Tuesday)

No one has responded to my post about the lanyards so I'll assume no one is that interested. I can look into buttons if we really think we'll have enough interest to justify an order. Too bad about the t-shirts and not getting the okay from Disney although I am not surprised. I had thought that others had done them through Zazzle.com but apparently that has been stopped as well for the same reason. So it appears that our only viable option at this point is to make our own with computer transfers - not ideal but at least it can be done.

Finally found a great idea for a pirate costume for DD that my mother is going to make for her and have a decent idea (although nothing concrete yet) on what she'll make for DS. DH and I are going to a professional costume shop here in town to rent ours for the week. My sister used to work there and so we should get awesome costumes for a great price. I wish we could mail them down but the lead time necessary along with the shipping time home would make the rental too expensive and it would worry me to death that somehow they would lost and we'd have to pay $$$ for them. So we'll have to make room somehow in our luggage and ship something else if necessary.

My mother came to visit for a few days - it was her first trip since my dad died. I can tell she is feeling a bit out-of-sorts but she is doing very well considering all things. This next year is likely to be difficult for her in so many ways and I hope she does okay. I wish we lived a bit closer (she is 100 miles away) but we'll do what we can and hope for the best.

Like Joanne, I am waiting to buy cruise clothing (especially formalwear) until closer to sailing as I am still in the weight-loss mode. I was doing very well until my dad got sick and my whole life/schedule got so thrown off. I am determined to get back into things this week and hope to see the scale continue going down as the weeks go by.

its actually a wake up call for me, i was hoping to go with a very minimalist outfit....now i feel like ive got to re think this..get that cocktail dress pressed and start wearing those stilettos around the house so i can get used to them again!!!

The thought of 4 inch heels and a moving boat has me very very worried...

In my previous post I also asked a question that noone has answered. I wanted to reserved Palo dinner for two so that I could ask someone to eat with me (I am the only adult in our cabin.) When I attempted to make the ressie, it listed my name only and listed the fee as $10.00, but it did indicate that it was a ressie for 1-2. Does this mean that I can bring someone else and just pay the $20.00 or do I need to contact DCL and arrange to have someone added to my ressie?
