I weeded out what I could from those who have said they werent going but I could not tell with a lot of posters I have added a * by your name if I know for sure that you are still sailing ..please forgive me if I dont recall your first name but I would love to get to know all of your before the cruise
We are up to 10 on a DIS private brunch. Again, no promises, but I think we have enough to request the private room, ALSO even if you have already told me yes to brunch, please send me a PM titled PALO Brunch with you first and Last name, and ressie number, so I dont accidentally delete your info like I already have! DUH on me!

Formal night will be Monday night, and semi formal will be Thurs! Yes you can leave kids on board during excursions, we did it in Costa Maya and it was the besy day!!gee wonder why!!!! teehee!!

Yes, you can leave the kids at the clubs/nursery.

WldWcnWmn So let me just say that we are a Oregon Country Fair family all the way. We have been going every year since we moved to Oregon. We have our three day passes and our camping for Carefree farms all ready to go.

Ok, that settles it! We HAVE to meet at OCF! that would be soooo cool! If you want to meet and say "Hi!" Lemme' know, I'll PM you my cell number. PurpleTart lives in Washington, but comes down every year for the fair we always hook up there - we don't always hang out all day, but we definately hook up. You are my idol when Mekayla gets a little older I wanna' get "in the family" and work/camp. She's only 9 now and if I had midnight parking lot detail I wouldn't feel comfortable leaving her in a tent - but my goal is to be fair family one day!

And I can't believe what a small world this is!

It is a small world! I just know we're gonna' get twelve people for our Brunch with my new favorite Disney Princess even if I have to solicit warm bodies in the terminal! High Tea, ugh. I can't believe we stayed up all night and only got Dinner?!?!?

I am planning to contact the TA tomorrow to drop the DCL insurance since I can get a better deal with insuremytrip or directly through Access America. Question: Can I get the insurance after I pay the cruise or does it have to be before? If I have to go back to DCL for insurance, I will not be able to add it after I paid in full?

Sorry Skoi!...i plan to do a week in the mayan in 07 or 08 so we will have another chance to see ruins..

Majahual beach will be my destination for the day and I am planning to bring the kids...

Reconsidering the Atlantis sub tour as we may not do the mayan ruins...kids will love it...if we dont do the subs..we will probably spend the morning at the pool have lunch and then tender to cozumel for a walk...shopping?

Did my first purchase for the cruise. A night light. I was at wal-mart doing the college shopping And walked right into them. At least that will give me something to look forward too.

I hope you all have better luck when they open the 75 day ressies up. I feel guilty getting what I wanted. It was tough to be up that late.

Playing games on board will be fun. I don't know how so Amanda you will have to be our leader. Let me know if you decide to come down?

I'm a little sad today. I just dropped off my DS1 at school. I have been looking forward to having the house for myself so I could actually work, exercise, etc but it feels so empty and quite...

Oh no we are not fair "family". We are just A fair family. I would love to work at fair. But it's harder to get into than Palo! And YES we HAVE to meet up! Do you all camp there? Sorry to take this so OT everyone, but this fair is pretty off the beaten path so this is a real hoot to find a fellow "family" member not only on the Dis but on the same cruise! My friends and I call everyone that goes to fair family! OMG I think this to too cool!

That's just where my mom has hers. She pops in a movie and she goes to town. Sometimes she gets so into the movie she forgets what's she's doing.

Hello My Fellow Double-Dip Cruisers!

Sorry to have been so absent recently. Several weeks ago I was in a car accident which while relatively minor left me with lots of details to work out etc. Then my laptop died and had to go in the shop for 2 weeks.

The worst by far though was that last Monday my father passed out and fell and hit his head. Due to the blood-thinners he takes, what should have been a minor injury ended up being a major cerebral hemorrhage. We were told to come immediately as his situation was very grave. I spent the week by his side (my parents live about 100 miles away) and my dh stayed home from work to be with the kids. My dad's condition has been quite a roller coaster all week but as it stands now we are making hospice arrangements. It has been so very hard for all of us - particulary my mother. I am home now with my kids and planning to return to the hospital/hospice when word comes. Any prayers or pixie dust you could spare would be greatly appreciated!

So, I am just now finding the opportunity to catch up with this thread. You can really tell we are getting close as the pages are flying by, huh?

I would be interested in brunch with the group if that can be arranged. We were lucky enough to secure dinner, brunch, and tea reservations this weekend but the opportunity to gather with the group would be lovely! So, count me in and possibly dh (will have to ask him when he gets home) if you still have room!

As for t-shirts, if it turns out to be too much of a job for one person we could always use the zazzle site and just let people pick their style/size/color of shirt. They seem to be good quality and I would think we could expect consistent colors etc. Just an idea....

We would love bracelets and buttons for the four of us - can't remember if I already took care of the specifics for those. So if I did not, please send me a PM with what you need and I'll get back to you.

If anyone else wants to send me their picture for our "gallery" just PM me for my email and once I get it we will get it posted.

Anyone interested in lanyards? I know that some groups have gotten them. I could try to look into that once the next couple of weeks are over.

Well, need to get TONS of laundry done and return a zillion phone calls. I'll try to get back when I have a minute.
