Hi everyone! Checking in while taking a lunch break! Finally finished up the blabbermouth cruise (just had to do 4 pages), next up in the 2006 Member Cruise. Definitely bringing back some wonderful memories. I've got way too much scrapbook stuff. I love doing the scrapbooks but boy is it time consuming. It went much faster when I just did digital layouts.

Hi Dan & Nancy! Frank is joining you now too? I'm so happy for you but just one more reason for me to be bummed. Still I'm doing the Member Cruise and that makes me happy.

Let's see it is January and the cruise is coming up in September, so what did I do this week? I ordered my FE from a person on Ebay of course!

The first time we did the FE exchange was the last Members cruise (Sept08).
We bought one on E-bay...but never got it...so we ended up making ours. Which was fun too!!!!

I can't wait to buy the presents for FE either. I started to look but don't see what I want yet.

Also, I am on my other computer and I have the list on my lap top. So tomorrow I am going post a list of the people that I have par taking in it. This way if someone thinks they sent me a PM and I missied it they can let me know and also any new ones.

Good morning everyone! I got 16 pages done yesterday - not bad if I do say so myself. I need to find and print a few more pictures and I should definitely finish up 2006 today. Next step will be sorting through our 2007 pictures and printing them out. I only have 2 trips to do in 2007 which are Vegas and the 2007 Member Cruise. Our big trip in 2007 was Hawaii and I've already done a scrapbook for that. So the plan is to leave everything out (and the dining room a mess) and maybe finish up 2007 next weekend.

I've expanded my scrapbooking a bit by using flowers, brads, and other embellishments more. When we did the 2006 Member Cruise circle journals we also did a number of swaps (flowers, brads, ribbons, etc.) so I'm trying to use some of those.

I only wish the weather was nicer. I had the dining room blinds open yesterday for some natural light but it was grey and cloudy all day. Oh well at least the pictures I was looking at were warm and sunny.

Mark bought me a little HP photo printer and I love it! In fact I'm printing off it right now! What I like best is that if I make any mistakes in trimming my pictures or if I decide I need a different one for the page I'm working on I can just print it out.

That is so true if you make a mistake trimming one. or need a different one or more. :

It was so loud that the puppy did not know were to go and hide.

Speaking of things being crazy at work...I know that now that the holidays are behind us I'm going to get a lot busier. Which means that while I'll still be here every day I may be rushed. That means I could forget a birthday - something I wouldn't want to happen. Soooooo what I'm going to do is post the group birthdays (for those who gave them to me for the website) around the first of each month. Then we can all do our best to give celebration on the actual day.

My 2006 scrapbook is now finished! It ended up being 62 pages of which 33 were done this weekend. I love some of the pages, not so thrilled with others but they are done. I will say I think the book would have a different look if I had done it back in 2006 or early 2007 but that's ok. Next up is 2007 which I hope to do next weekend. Then I may take a short break before I tackle 2008. I do want to have that one done before our next vacation which is in May.
