Well without giving anything away to someone who hasn't read it yet I'm past the part where she goes dress shopping with friends but not yet at the part where she was/is going to Seattle with Edward.

Ok, I'm going to have to get Twilight from my DD and read it. I have to see what it is all about.

Well, we are under a winter weather advisory starting tonight in to tomorrow. We are supposed to get 2-5 inches of snow. Yippeeeeee!!!!! I just love living in the midwest. But, like Flo said, whacha gonna do? Move? Yep, Florida sounds real inviting right now. But, we will stay here in Iowa. This is where we both were born and raised. Maybe we will be snowbirds like our parents. Only we will go to Florida instead of Texas. But that is still several years off.

My DW loves the Penguin stuff, she absolutely adores them!!
I would love to be able to do crafty type stuff but I have been denied the gene for that type of stuff

Welp, the bad news is the weather's just about here.

The good news is I got an automated call that Mary's flight has been canceled, and she has been rebooked to tomorrow morning, instead of them trying to fly down and land in the yuck, which to me is the better of the two scenarios for her, and for me getting there to pick her up.

Yes.. I would have preferred her home tonight, but safety wins over convenience with me every time.

Some people receive the info and other do not. There is no reason. If I were you I would call DCL. That is what I had to do. About 2 months after I called I got my cards. They will also give you Castaway numbers over the phone.

I really think they need to revamp the Castaway Club system. It is a hit or miss for the cards and also any thing that gets mailed out. I signed up to get e mails and have never gotten one from them.

You're very talented....you do very nice work!!!!!
My DD loves and collects anything penguin. She is 18 years old now and still loves them as she did when she started collecting them at 9 years of age.

Hi everyone! Just checking in with all of you. I arrived at WDW today and got to BWV at about 12:30. Believe it or not, my room was actually ready!

I have a 1 BR Boardwalk View room that is at the very end of one of the infamous hallways. Of course the view more than makes up for the walk. I ended up watching Illuminations from my balconny this evening.
