Congrats to Mary and Mark! Tom is on hold. He had a ring right away on the 407 number and someone picked up and then said they needed to put him on hold and he got the message saying wait time was up to 20 minutes. I told him to hang onto the phone until someone picks up and then I'll speak with them. This allows me to type while he holds the cell phone. My headset doesn't work so it's easier to do this so I can type!

Did anoyone else log into the DVC member site? They have a screen that shows the availability and the wait time. I have been refreshing it and it has jumped the wait time from 5 minutes to 45 minutes and back to 20 minutes. Did they do this last year?

They have done this every year and will be updating as they go along.

Make sure you try both the 800 and 407 numbers.

Mine shows availability last updated at 9 am and wait time to talk to a live person as 5 minutes. I know that last part isn't right because I am still listening to Aladian.

I was hoping for a higher deck but they were all booked. Not sure how that happened since I got through at 9:03! But at least I'm on the ship!!!
