If you don't get a fast busy and feel like you are getting dead air hang on. Most likely you are in the queue. You should then get music and then get connected.

I had the dead air thing too right at 9:00, after getting the busy, waited about a minute and hit 1, went right to a CM, I guess they didn't have enough music for everyone!

The CM just came back from talking to DCL, took 25 minutes from start to this step, because I am moving an existing suite deposit to this date, the process is "broken", DCL won't release the reservation to DVC, even though I am the one who booked it as an agent.

Someday the systems will be 100%.....

This will be our first member's cruise too!

Holding for 18 mintues now.

Hopefully we will get some first timers pixie dust. Actually as long as I don't get hung up on I am good. I don't care what cabin I get, I just want to be on that boat. My friend and I are going on a "Momcation" and don't care what room as long as we are there. Hopefully this won't take up too much time on the phone so others can get through quicker.

Don't know if you can, the fact is DVC is chartering the ship, so you're actually paying DVC not DCL.

Hang in there. Remember that once those of us got in we're on for 30 minutes booking. I just got off so hopefully someone else will now be answered. Hang in there!

The 5 minute wait was as of 9 am so right when the phones opened.

We are confirmed in a Cat 7 on deck 7.

The reclassifieds are really nice but we've had them for the last 3 cruises (probably why they gave us one now) and we wanted to go back to the fully enclosed one.
