The On Board DIS Meet - Sailing Day:

On board the Wonder Sunday, September 13th at 3pm. Please get there on time as there is lots to do and it only lasts about 30 minutes (when they start telling you to get back to your cabin to get ready for the drill. We'll have the awards for and as well as a small raffle. We also hope to do a group picture like last year. See you there in two weeks!

Hey there! happy Saturday!

Question- I'm guessing that there are tv's in the cabins... are there also DVD players?

I believe there are only DVD players in the suites. As flow said you really can't even connect a DVD player to the tv's in the regular cabin. They do have channels that run movies on a regular basis and one that runs Disney movies as well.

Thanks Flo for the info on the CC expansion. I just read everything and looked at all of the pics. Sounds like we'll need to book another cruise so we can enjoy the new additions! Thanks again for the links to all of the cams. I'm really going to try to get my whole family to watch! (My husband thinks I'm nuts.)

We are arriving on Friday flying JetBlue. WE are staying at BCV Friday and we will be at the Pre-cruise get together. We will be staying 2 nights after the cruise.

I don't think we will go out anywhere today. It is pouring here.

Oh, Bruce, I am so sorry. And with only 2 weeks to go. May the rest of your year be blessed with better circumstances. (I know what you mean about a year being horrible; DH and I lost both of our moms in less than 3 weeks last year, so 2008 was one of the 2 or 3 worst years in my life.)

I recall you replying to one of my questions about booking the cruise. You mentioned you did half points and half cash.

When you pay with cash do you have to pay in full up front on the day of booking or do you just have to put a specific deposit down?

If you do not have pay in full up front, is there a payment schedule or is there a specific date that the balance has to be paid?

Appreciate any feedback on this one.

Lisa because this is a charter all cash had to be paid up front. So whether you do all cash, half cash or whatever all cash needs to be done up front. For a regular cruise (not a charter) you put a required deposit down and then you just have to be paid in full by a certain date but you can pay it off as you wish.

Buttton Production Is Officially Done!

We finished up button production today. Mark had them all printed already and today we made the buttons, put them in the individual envelopes and they are packed and ready to head to FL.

You will be able to pick up your buttons at either the Saturday afternoon DIS meet at the Beach Club or the Sunday afternoon DIS meet on board. If you don't make either of them they will be delivered to your stateroom fish at some point during the cruise but we don't guarantee when.
