Well to avoid the lice, besides safe sea, you could lather up with petroleum jelly, long distance swimmers use it to help with jelly fish stings...

well at least they used to

PS - thanks to all for your well wishes regarding our dog - sorry to say he didn't respond to treatment....we'll miss him terribly..... It is so nice to have DVC and the cruise to look forward to and take our minds off it. Thanks again! Tim

I've tried the Baby Powder to get the sand off my feet. I thought it sounded weird when I first heard of it, but I tried it at CC and it really did work.
