29 weeks. Can't wait. I wish I were cruising tomorrow.

Not doing much today except laundry and house stuff. DH is trying to get the ice/snow off the roof of the house because we too are starting to have drips around the door. Not good.

Copying and pasting from the DISboutiquers thread...

1. Upload the pic of your choice to photobucket.com (creating an account is free).
2. Resize the pic in photobucket click on the thumbnail of the picture, it will open up, then click (above the pic)> resize > 15" screen- it will make you verify that you would like to resize the pic (I like the 800X600 size pictures instead of the message board setting, it shows lots more detail)
3. After the pic has resized, go to your album, below the pic that you would like to post, there are 4 different codes (email & IM, direct link, html code & IMG code) Click in the box that has the has the IMG code. It will look something like this http: xxxxxxxxxxxxx
When you click on that box, it will light up in yellow, and say "Copied"
4. In the thread on the Dis (in another open window), click on "post reply". When you are ready to post the pic, right click - a box will open, click on paste. This will paste the link that you copied from your photobucket account.
5. Post reply. The pic should show up!

HI ITS ME COMPUTER FOR DUMMIES MAN, IVE DOWNLOADED A FEW PHOTOS TO PHOTOBUCKET IM HAVING TROUBLE GETTING ONE OVER I SEE THE 4 BOXES UNDER PHOTO AND I CLICKED ON BOTTOM ONE BUT BOX DIDNT GO YELLOW IT WENY BLUE. HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Blue is fine. It means it is highlighted. Just copy and paste into your DISboard post.

No sweat When you highlight the part that starts with IMG and it turns blue, go to your keyboard and press the buttons Ctrl and the letter c then go to your DIS board post reply where you want to paste the picture click the mouse in the area where you want the picture to appear so that you see the cursor in that area. Then, go to your keyboard and press the buttons Ctrl and the letter v

In the body of your post you will only see the letter code that starts with IMG but if you click on "preview post" the actual picture should come up. If you are satisfied with how all looks then click on submit post and we will get to enjoy your pics. I hope this helps. I am a "computer for dummies" person too and this is how I learned to post the pics

dvc deernut...I just love your hidden Mickey in your garden. Very nice photo...thank you for sharing. How many members cruises have you been on? This will be our 3rd--we were on the 2008 and 2009 members cruises.



Went to the Port Canaveral webcams....just had a look at the Wonder in port.....in 29 weeks...we will be on the Wonder

This will be number 4,we are hoping for an upgrade we are on wait list> right now we are on deck 1. Other cruises we either had a balcony or larger port hole. I have very good visual memory im good with faces. I hope someone might recognize me. We have sat with sat table of 8 in the late dinning since we started with member cruises. Others at our table are from mass and nj. We enjoy meeting new people.

Good afternoon everyone. I am glad to see that you have been a chatty bunch today. Keep it up. Like I said earlier in the thread, the better we get to know one another the more fun we will have onboard. It will be like a reunion of sorts (except we will be meeting for the first time).

We haven't done much this weekend. We stayed indoors yesterday. Today we went to church and then to Bob Evans for brunch. After Bob Evans I ran into the grocery store to pick up a few things. DS has to have his banana every morning. Now, I am home about to do some work to prepare for my meetings tomorrow.

So, I see we have a bingo contingent on this thread. Any other interests? Last year's group had a sunrise club. People would meet up early in the morning to have coffee. I am not a morning person (even though my DS2 forces me to be). But, I will definitely be at bingo.

Since it seems we are scattered all over the place so far before the cruise, it is looking like our first official DIS Meet will be on the ship (details on the first post of this thread). I cannot wait to meet everyone face to face. We will have a group picture taken (not by Shutters photographers) at this time. So, bring your cameras. And, of course, I will give a prize to the and of this thread, as well as, other prizes. So, keep chatting away.

I will happily join the Bingo group. I LOVE BINGO!!!!! Back when I was 18 and into my early 20's (geez that was a long time ago) I used to go play Bingo at the church hall every Friday night while all of my friends were out drinking and clubbing

So, I'd like to share some kewl news that only other DISfans would get I had mentioned on the question of the week that we were staying in WDW before the cruise and at BWV. Well I need to amend that now. I had waitlisted for a concierge level studio at AKV thinking that the possibility was slim to none that it would come through since there are only 5 CL studios and I had a better chance of getting hit by a meteor Well, I found out that it did indeed come through DH and I are so excited I guess I better start watching out for meteors now I'd love to hear from anyone that has stayed CL at AKV. What is it like, what do they offer and are all of the rooms SV???

I'm glad the weather is getting better for you!!

I've never stayed anywhere in concierge level, so I don't know. The only thing I DO know is that there is a balcony outside at the port that only concierge gets to go out on while waiting to board the ship. AND concierge gets boarding pass #1.

THIS WAS TAKEN ON OUR LAST MEMBER CRUISE. WE WERE FASCINATED BY THE DECORATIONS ON THE DOOR AND DIDNT KNOW WHAT THEY WERE FOR. I THINK THEY WERE THE BALCONY NEXT TO US. MAYBE SOMEONE ON HERE MIGHT KNOW WHO IT IS .
