Wow...thanks for all those tips on packing and meds to take along guys! Great ideas and tips! I become a pharmacy when we travel like this. I have prescribed meds I take plus lots of supplements. Going through customs and such, I have to bring them all in their original containers and prescription bottles. It's a hassle because I usually do a 7-day divider thingy so I don't have to pull all the bottles out all the time. Oh well.
I'll pack it in luggage and that's where it'll stay when we get onboard.
I do however also pack the "traveling" goodies such as the cold medicine, imodium, drammamine (I definitely need it!), advil, etc.
Here is another good tip if you are prone to motion sickness. Go to the health food store in your area and buy ginger drops. Ginger is a natural way to help with motion sickness. And, they don't taste nasty! I also drink alot of ginger ale when onboard to help calm the old quesie's.
However, they don't have DIET ginger ale and I have to watch the amount of sugar in the regular one (I am diabetic).
Okay...now I'm getting the butterflies in the stomach! Not motion sickness though....excitement and anxiety! I can't believe we are 17 days away!!! WOOOOOO frickin HOOOOOOOOOOOOO!
