I'm puttin a call in now to DCL about Breakfast, and I will fax them what we'd like to do. SO It's set then Friday at 7:30a.m. Jammie breakfast. I'll get the head count so far, and fax it all. I should hear back from them today. Talk to you all soon.

Happy Weekend. I have till Wednesday off. I guess Tuesday is a Missouri State holiday but I don't know which one. I just get paid not to work for 8 of my 10 hours. My normal week end is Sat- Sun-Mon. I work 10 hour days Tues through Friday. Not Bad.

Now to our planing. It looks like we about about 20 for Breakfast and 20 for lunch. I am still looking at those counts so if you wish to join and are not on the list or I have you on the list and you want off. Let me know and I will fix it.

We should have more information soon from Tinkerbelltris. I am sure there will be a time when we will no longer be able to add folks to our parties.

When would we have to let you know about the lunch and the jammie breakfast? We haven't had much time to check out this 57 page thread or the Disney cruise sight to find out what will be happening on the cruise. Looking forward to meeting everyone on September 8.

You may want to read back just a few pages to catch up with all of us chatting.
Mj will you be staying at WDW or at the Hyatt? Several of us are flying in on Friday and staying at the Hyatt and having a get together on Saturday morning before the busses. Then we'll all meet and greet at the terminal.
Ask all the questions you want... we're all here to have a great time and most of us have been on several cruises..so we know somewhat of the routine of a Disney cruise. At least we hope we know.

This is our first time on the Magic and could make meeting plans with anothers help. Knowledge of the ship would be good.

Just bumping and checking in.

I organized a very small Massachusetts DISmeet over the weekend. It was fun. We went to the zoo! There only ended up being 4 of us, but we had a great time talking and chatting about Disney and it was nice to meet fellow DISers I'd never met. One lady at the meet said: "I don't have sexual fantasies, I have Disney fantasies...fantasies of doing a trip without my kids!!!" It was too funny.

Hope you are all well. Can't get through Monday without checking in on this magic first!

I am keeping track of Dining rotation (Early or Late), Stateroom numbers, and if there is a cel;ebration or special; reason for the cruise. Now my friend, you have been on the wonder, correct? If you remember the Wonder you will know the Magic. A few of the locations have different names but the same space on the ship. I think the Teen space is even in a different location but other than that they are the same.

Before we do too much planning is anyone interested in taking part in a Secret Mickey. It is like Secret Santa where you buy a number of small gifts and leave them for the person and one larger gift which is given when your idenity is exposed. If we are going to do this, we have got to pull it together. Get names of those who want to take part, get questions together for each person to answer to help buy gifts and then get the completed questions to the secret mickey. Then we have to plan another time to meet to exchange that last gift. That is a lot to get done in the few days we have left. However, it can be done if there is an interest. Since I seem to be the keeper of names and can call Ann local why dosen't anyone who wants to do this PM me and I will contact her.

If you want to do this please let us know now so we can arrange it. I know many other groups do this so it must be fun. However it is not something that I will choose to do. Lois

O.k. I'm back in town, and still no word from DCL. I did call today but no one had any info. I will not be working Wednesday - Thursday, so I will contact them and get it all taken care of then. I wish I had some more info for you all. But none yet.

What's this secret Mickey thing all about?

Ladyemmaann was asking if we were going to do a Secret Mickey. I thought that we could asked to see if there was any interest. I really feel it alot to get set up this close in but If there was interest and a person to work on it. I don't know if everyone has been busy or if they just have chosen not to post but I have only gotten one answer, a no, since I put out the post last Sunday Morning. Does that answer your question? Lois

I am also going to decline the offer to participate in Secret Mickey. While it sounds like a lot of fun, I can't imagine preparing all those gifts and preparing for the cruise. I do have a suggestion though. At a DISmeet I held we did a gift swap, kind of like a Yankee Swap. It wasn't a secret. Each person brought a gift and we put them all in a box and then each person picked one out. If the person didn't like their gift or preferred another they could trade. It works out well because you don't really need to draw names or plan. The gift giving is one to one, if you bring a gift you get a gift. I think we set a limit of $10 on the gift.
