09/05/09 LABORless MAGICal Meanderers

I'm not sure about anyone else, but we had to pull our children out of bed on Saturday morning. We stopped by WDW on the way home for some breakfast (we skipped it on the boat) and to return a few things that we didn't use on the boat. After getting in the car to head home Wilson was asleep in two minutes and Preston wasn't too far behind. They both slept the whole way home - 4 hours!

After getting home, we didn't remove a single thing from the car and we all went to bed! We have now slept for two days and we're starting to feel normal again. I had to go to the grocery store a little while ago because the children were BEGGING for food.:rotfl:

Thank you to everyone that made our trip so wonderful!!!!

We had a great time at Kennedy Space Center yesterday. Chuck and Sabrina kinda snoozed their way along the bus tours. Then we hit Downtown Disney to pick up the 9-9-9 pin. "Morning" came too early... we were up at 2:30 am, flight at 5:30 am, landed in Portland at 1:30 pm (10:30 local), home at 3:30 pm...so 13 hrs of travelin' and snoozin'. The luggage is piled in the middle of the living room floor and the couches were way too inviting...more snoozin'.

Being part of the Dis'ers made this cruise extra wonderful. From the first group photo to the dozens of chance encounters, we had such fun with all of you. I hope we see you on another DCL, WDW or DL trip!

Michael - you and your family are too much fun! Your energy and creative talents took this cruise to a whole different level. Love the "surfboard" photo. I can't wait to see more photos. :rotfl2:

Rebecca & John - hope you got home safe.

Miss everyone all ready!

Lise, Chuck & Sabrina

Well Mike is busy on the computer with pictures and I am getting back to doing the real world things like having to cook dinner and washing laundry. I had such a blast on the boat and made some great new friends.

We had soooooo much fun on this cruise! I am thinking I might have to add an exclamation point to the end of every sentence as I am still ramped up from this wonderful vacation.

It was so very nice for my family and I getting to meet all of the fellow DIS'ers. This relationships started here on DIS board, and made more personal on board, are ones that made this whole time even that much more of a treasured memory. Thank you all very much for sharing this time with us.

Thank you! Thank you! THANK YOU!

Michael - you & your family helped to make my week that much more magical, so no more talk about being too outgoing - it's just too much fun being with all the other adults when they transform into "big kids"! The pictures of you & Rose at Senor Frog's turned out great - now I just need to figure out how to to start a photobucket so you can get them. PLEASE be sure & include that one of our favorite cruise director in yours - heh, heh.

Thank you everyone for making this cruise so special. We had a great time. Got off the ship, rode the Tower of Terror and headed home. We were unpacked and sad by the time our football game started on Saturday night.

Michael your pictures are great! Thanks also to the Queenof2Princesses - Abby had so much fun in the Quest with the girls! I wish I had taken more pictures.

We had such a great time on board with all of you.

We left the boat, loaded the car then talked in the parking lot for about and hour. After that we went to hollywood studios to purchase the new cell that was released on saturday. Checked into the new Animal Kingdom Villa. We joined idrivealumina and their extened family at MK for the rest of saturday. Had a great time even though it rained.

On sunday we did a bit of shopping at DTD, picked up the dog for the Disney kennel, and drove home.

The car is still packed, but i got the important stuff out. our pictures that is.

OK more pictures tonight, I promise. Back to the working world for me.

Michael.

p.s. Let me know what you think, if there is anything you want to see specificly or just add in your own

Also had a blast, all my DIS friends definitely made the cruise even more magical! :goodvibes

We loved all the people, the entertainment, the food, the works!

Getting home was rough for us too. After disembarking we headed straight to the airport to fly back home. In the car Fallon fell asleep (about 5pm) and slept through the night! I'm still tired. <yawn>

OK, back to work but I'll be "lurking".

Okay so we have definitely been biten by the cruising bug and are thinking of booking another cruise for Jan with some of our dvc points. can't decide on a 4 day or a 7 day eastern. we know it won't be then same without all our disfriends we made this trip but with Mike around it will always be fun. I have begun to lurk on the Jan boards but they are not comparing to the laborless magical meanderers.

We need to find a new cruise soon. we lose out on the "onboard" point discount on Wed, and I need to find a DIS outlet soon. I am lost with nothing to check every 10 minutes.:rotfl2::rotfl:
