You go to www.ups.com and select to track a package. In the shipping reference # put your cruise confirmation number. Select your country (United States) and put either your zip code or your TA's zip code, if your TA has docs shipped to them first. My TA has the docs shipped directly, so I put in my zip.
I tried the tracking, too, but I couldn't get it.
I put the reservation number in the tracking box (big box). I didn't see a place for country or zip code. There was a place to log in under the box and check previous tracking. I skipped that part because I do not have a log in name/account with them. Am I missing something? When I hit the track button after putting my reservation number in the box it came back saying, "UPS could not locate the shipment details for your request. Please verify your information and try again later."
