Oh seriously? I thought it was tomorrow night, my Cruise page says all the paperwork is available on the 24th of September.

Thanks for the heads up!!!

This will be our fifth cruise for our family and DH keeps going on and on how worried he will be that this cruise will not be like the other lines we have sailed. I keep trying to tell him that this one is for our DD totally and not to stress. He also has been whining about the cost. I am just looking forward to the vacation to be honest with you.

If he is into gambling he will miss that. No casino on the Disney ships. Otherwise, the entertainment is top notch, Broadway quality shows. Disney Dreams has won awards for the best in the industry. There are adult only places that the two of you can enjoy while DD plays in the club and lots of good family fun together. I think he will not be disappointed! :thumbsup2

Personally, we are taking the cruise for US not the kids. It gives us time away from the kids while knowing they are having fun and in good hands. It is great to have them in the Oceaneer's Club and Flounder's knowing we are just a page away in the event of an emergency. If your child is like ours, you will have to drag her out of the clubs. Which leaves a lot of time for you and your husband to explore the adult-only areas (the adult-only pool, Vista Spa, Cove, Serenity Bay (A MUST!) and the clubs/bars. Don't get me wrong, we spent plenty of time with our children on the last cruise. But, it was nice reconnecting with DH. Also, I could regain my sanity without the kids in tow 24/7. I am a SAHM. WDW is for the kids (okay, we'll have fun too) and the cruise is for US!

:yay: Emily was pleasantly surprised with the horse for her party. The horse people had baby goats, bunnies and ducks in the trailer for a party after Emily's. They brought out four baby goats (2 days old) for the kids to feed with baby bottles. That was a nice extra treat for the kids. :goodvibes

:thumbsup2 (I'll post some pictures when I load them on the computer.)

I am so excited I can almost scream. It is a new moon the week we are sailing, so the chance for some fabulous stargazing is great as long as the clouds co-operate.

It will DEFINITELY not be like the other lines you've sailed on. But you will have a great time!

Just tell him, "look buddy, we've already paid for it, so you can either choose to enjoy the cruise or not."

:scared: Phew! Another birthday party has come and gone. I am exhausted! :confused3

I hear ya! What day was Emily's Birthday? Jasmine's is the 21st. I was not at all disapppointed that her Dad had her for her birthday. :thumbsup2
We talked via webcam on Friday while she did the crossword puzzle I made that gave her the clues to her present. When I showed her the laptop over the camera, she said "oh that's nice." But then when I showed her the High School Musical 2 graphic with her name on it, that I'd used for the desktop background she was jumping up and down!

I told her Dad, "I guess we could've saved $900" :rotfl2: :rotfl:

I hear ya. I tell people that a Disney Cruise is the only place you can take your kids on vacation and never see them the whole time. :rotfl: :rotfl2: :lmao:

But the really cool thing is you're also giving them some magical memories at the same time! DCL "gets it" when it comes to family cruising. :thumbsup2

Love the pics, what a great Mom you are! :hippie:

I've got to get to work. I signed on early to try to make Palo ressies for my bro. Right now they are pretty booked up, so I couldn't make new ressies for him. But we are okay, we just need to switch my DSis and DSil on the ressies once onboard.

There were no brunch ressies available at 9:10 pm. So we have 4 in our group not set up for brunch yet. BUT, we should get the private room on Sunday or Monday so that problem would then be solved. I requested the room in February and I doubt there were others requesting it before then. We will hope anyway. I got everyone's excursions set up and we are all set for dinner on Wed night.:dance3:

Our experience has been that the Captain keeps us under clear skies! :)

No brunch at midnight nor again at 1:30. JSMom says she say it available for her at 12:30 EDT, but nothing available for me. In fact, I was gonna try for brunch first, but the only option was Dinner. No High Tea either.

I did get our first choice for dinner.

Yep someone else must've grabbed the brunch, because the only thing showing sold out when I looked was the High Tea.

Keep checking the website, as folks do rearrange their plans. And whether its our groups or someone elses, at 30 days out SOMEONE will get the private room which should free up some tables at all 3 brunches.
