It's a gorgeous day here at the Jersey Shore, too. I just wish that I could be outside to enjoy it! Oh well, in an hour I'll be at home, and about 10 minutes after that I'll be in the pool!

Pfishgirl you are having too much fun! I can't wait to tell DD that we're cruising with someone who works at BAB. She loves their website.

I'm taking a framing course tonight. We have to bring a picture to the class, and I decided it was time to finally frame the portrait of DD and me on the Magic in Feb 2006! Hopefully I will get the hang of it, as I want to try to frame all the photos from that cruise, and our Med cruise before DD comes home from Dad's house in October....One of my many projects to keep me busy and out of trouble while she's away.

I'm supposed to go to the Canary Islands next Tuesday, so I'm hoping the fires in Tenerife will be out by then.

Well, I won't be waving to my family from the terminal in December. We ALL got our passports in the mail today. YEA! It took a lot faster than they told me, which is a BIG relief. - Jennifer

Angela (cinderellyintx): We got our passport photos done at Costco ($4.99 for the pair). It was cheaper than most drug stores ($7.99) and of course A LOT cheaper than the $15 they charge at the PO. Good luck on getting your passports! - Jennifer

WOW! 18 more Mondays until the cruise makes it seems so close. I like that countdown too. Before you know it, we'll be at the Sail Away Party! Bill (DH) and I will have a Midori Colada (YUM! YUM! ) in-hand waving good bye to "reality" and ready to enjoy a week of pure relaxation.
We can't wait!

Midori Coladas
1 Part Malibu Coconut Rum
2 Parts Midori (melon liqueur)
2 Parts Cream of Coconut (can)
4 Parts Pineapple Juice

Put in a blender with ice and enjoy!

Well we got all that done at the PO and needless to say we could have gone on an inland vacation for what we spent there! The man at the PO said they are running 3 months and we did NOT need to expedite them.
I know it will be well worth it though

I had sticker shock too when we left the Post Office to apply for our passports. Now that we paid all that money, it will really get us to Europe within the next four and a half years. Because, the kid's passports expire in five years and most countries won't allow you in if your passport expires within six months. I smell the planning of another trip coming up.
