Hope everyone had a great time!

We're at the Nick hotel until Monday. For those who don't know, we forgot to give out our gifts and recipes and Christmas cards... :( :(

Hi all!! DH and I are home. I am exhausted though and gonna go to bed. We are gonna give the kids all their presents tomorrow!

Wow, did I get one heck of a greeting from them. Lots of hugs and kisses, they almost knocked me over.

It was great meeting everyone that I did meet, and remember meeting! Stephanie, I am so sorry we never got to meet!!

KrisannB , I hope your DH is better soon!! Keep us updated!!

I sure am happy to be home. The two flights to Cleveland after ours were cancelled due to snowstorms. Wonder how many in our group are stranded at MCO.:confused3 It was great meeting everyone we got to meet. Hope everybody makes it home safely and without too much hassle.:goodvibes It's after 1:00am and I am heading to bed.

Wow! It is really nice to be home.

I hope everyone made it home safely. I had to drive through some hard rain yesterday.

I would love to know how many got sick? We all felt really tired the first few days.

We are home too. Got in yesterday around 5:30 p.m. We got the car unloaded and went to bed around 7:30 p.m. and sleeped like a log. It is cold and the wind is blowing something fierce this morning on top of this mountain with a few snow showers. I hope we don't loose power. The lights have been flickering. I hope all had a wonderful time.

We booked on board for the western panama and 09, Oct., St. Thomas and St. Croix cruise. Hope to see some of you soon again. Ragdoll did you say you were going on the western panama?

Yes there was alot of rain coming down thru Atlanta for us.

As far as getting sick, my DH got really sick. I got a little sick. The people at my table wasn't feeling well on Sunday. I don't know if they made it to dinner Monday. The other family didn't show up for dinner Monday and neither did we. That was a really bad storm. I heard that 3/4 of the ship didn't show up for dinner that night.

It is 39 degrees here and it poured. All our laundry is done with one batch of darks to be dried. The shower came on with such force this morning that it startled me. I forgot what it was like to take a high pressure shower!

 :woohoo: We are also on the westbound Panama Canal cruise. Welcome!

We flew home thru Denver to Portland without any delays. We arrived at our house around 10:30 pm (Pacific time) last night. We did not get to bed until midnight and I woke at 5 am  ....that would be 8 am Eastern time.;) Others in our group flew thru Albuquerque, no delays for them either. Nephew and his wife flew thru Chicago and were only delayed 1 hour there. Whew! I was worried about them with the weather. My sis and mom should be in the air now and are flying thru Atlanta. It was nice to meet many of you. :grouphug: Some I missed, but perhaps another cruise. :thumbsup2

Spaceship Earth is about to reopen. It is on the news right now.

We were at EPCOT yesterday, and saw a line for SE. We were too busy to see if it stayed open though.

I didn't know that. We hope he is better soon!!

We're at SSR until tomorrow. We did the CP yesterday at EPCOT. We thought about hopping over to MK last night, but were too tired. Tonight is MVMCP!

I accidentally left Jasmine's cell phone on the ship. :sad2: I called the lost and found folks, but they weren't able to find it yesterday, so we have to wait until the ship gets back to port next weekend. If they find it they'll mail it to us. The CM at Lost and Found was very nice about it.

It was great meeting all of you, and I hope we get to cruise with you again!! Thanks for all the great gifts!

We're home too. Had an uneventful trip, just alittle rushed. We were scheduled for breakfast at 7:45 BUT had to get off the ship by 8:00 if we wanted our bags to be brought to the airport so we were like mad people.
I got sick Mon a.m. but after putting on the patch by the evening I was fine. The rest showed no signs of it. Loved meeting everyone, sorry I didn't get to all but it was fun seeing the doors as I delivered the gifts. Hope no one was allergic to the "Spices". Chachere is my maiden name and that is made in my hometown but not close enough related to get any royalties. We bought into the DVC so I'm sure I'll meet up with some in the future. Still washing clothes and catching up on the sleep.

Well I swore I wouldn't sail in 2009 after all the intrigue surrounding the itineraries which turned out to be nothing special, but....

I just changed the res we booked onboard to Sept 12, 2009 (Eastern itin with Tortola). They had some great prices on this date! I was able to get a mid-ship cat 3 for over $1,000 less than I paid on the last cruise!

:surfweb: We are home and i am so tired i am suprised i have the strength to type! Randy and I keep joking that we will soon hear the "When you wish upon a star" bell and Brent will have an announcement for us!
We were at epcot and got to ride space ship earth. I took lots of pictures if anyone is curious.
Off to go nap/unpack

We made it home fine, as well. Came throught St Louis where they had snow on the ground and we had to be de-iced before takeoff, but no delays.

The rough seas didn't seem to be that bad for me, but DH wasn't feeling up to par for a bit. My problem now is that I have "land sickness." I'm still rocking and swaying. I got up in the middle of the night for the bathroom and fell into a wall. I'm hoping it clears up in a day or two, but coming home from vacation and being "sea sick" isn't much fun!

I still can't believe I didn't ever meet some of you! We had a great time at the linked dinner though and I'm so glad we did that. :)

For now, we'll probably consider a couple of different vacation options till Disney gets the new ships on the water. DH especially felt there was a little too much "sameness" and I had to agree. After going to the first show and realizing we remembered it all vividly, we only bothered to go to Disney Dreams after that. We'll also definitely get an outside cabin the next time. The "cave" made it way to easy to stay in bed too long.

It was great to meet you all! I'll post some pictures as soon as I get them uploaded. :)

Yes, we are doing the WBPC. I'm sure we will be constantly running into each other!:goodvibes Funny how you never meet some people and others you see all the time.:confused3

Well my dh wasn't sure if he was sick or hungover :rotfl: . As it turns out, it was both. At least 1 person from every couple of our groups seemed to get sick from what I could tell.

Dh and I are having the same problem, we want our house to stop moving!! I even felt it when I was sleeping last night. At one point I woke up still thinking I was on the ship!! :rotfl2:
