My DD6 is just the same so I spend way too much on books BUT she loves to read and animals is her thing too. She says she will be a zoo keeper but knows she'll have to be a vet first.

Every time we go to see world he says he wants to do that (the trainer with shamu) and when we go to AK or the ZOO he says that he wants to do that too...When he took his puppy to the vet he said he wanted to help animals so they won't be sick. That was when he named himself the "animal doctor" I kept telling him that he wants to be a veterinarian but he insisted that he didn't want to be one of those that he wanted to be an animal doctor...

If the shuttle launches on Saturday, how will that make the traffic to the port?

I was wondering the same thing! We plan to go pretty early, so hopefully, it won't be an issue since it will be an afternoon launch!

And I have great news...

I GOT RESSIES FOR THE EB PANAMA CANAL CRUISE!!!! We have a cat 10 gty. Many many thanks to this board and to the lovely TA that helped me. I can't wait to tell the kids!! Now I will have to rebook the 2009 cruise I had booked the other day when we get on board..but that is ok .

I would so love to see the shuttle launch! However, the safety drill is at 4:00pm. The shuttle launch is a once in a lifetime experience. I would hope that DCL would have the drill a bit later if need be. I have no idea how flexible they are with something like that.

There is a lifeboat drill. At around 4:00, you have to take your life vest (wearing it), and go to your muster station. Kinda like firedrills in school. They want everyone to know what to do and wehre to go in an emergency.

OMG I can't believe I just spent 2 hrs looking for the left shoe I promised Jenifer. I am so glad my mom came home for lunch to finish up her packing because I didn't even know I had 2 right shoes..... Does anyone have Jenifers cell # so I can tell her I have her shoes and pants all packed up for her DS...

I do have a question....how does the parking thing work?


I believe that parking is 12.00 per day (72.00 ttl). I would advise to make sure that there is no food in your car as ants can be a problem .


Any suggestions on the easiest way would be great.

Where are you coming in from?

We are leaving at 8am tomorow from Tampa. I have never driven to cape canaveral and want to leave plenty of time for traffic. So we are officially not the last ones leaving.
We wont be at the meet because of the wedding stuff but look forward to seeing everyone at the evening get togethers!

Do you know about the short cut by using the greenway rather than going up to the bee line?(its a toll road before you get to the disney exits I believe, I know it stays south of the air port) If not take a look it does save some time. That is unless you were looking to stop in @ dwntwn disney to get a feel for the place or even see SANTA!!!!!! We were thinking about doing this he gets in @ 10am I believe but I know you have many other things on your mind
