DS2 has continued his shoe obsession. We keep most of the kid's shoes in the bottom of the hutch in the front entry. They take their shoes off as soon as they enter the house. We have them trained well. Right now, DS2 is trying to distract me by bringing shoes for him to try on (DS7 and DD5's shoes too! ). He is a funny little kid. I bought him new Thomas the Train sandals on clearance last week. When I came home I showed him the sandals. He immediately sat down for me to put them on his feet. He would not take them off all evening. I thought he was going to sleep in them that night.

On our trip in Jan 07 the culinary highlight for the kids was the "gator nuggets" at Gatorland. We didn't tell them until they'd finished. "Tastes just like chicken". But they were pretty impressed with themselves.

On our trip in Jan 07 the culinary highlight for the kids was the "gator nuggets" at Gatorland. We didn't tell them until they'd finished. "Tastes just like chicken". But they were pretty impressed with themselves.

DS7 and DD5 just came in the office and both at the same time said "What a cute dog".

It's getting close to haircut time for him but he is still really "cute". He is snoring at my feet right now.

Dh also loves Waffle House. I liked it better pre-kids, I can't quite enjoy the "ambience" these days. But you can't beat it for cheap.

Mmmmmm! Waffle House cheese omlette. Yes, we use to go there pre-kids. But, have gone maybe once since DS7 has been born. I didn't like all the smoke in there for the baby. Unless it has changed, we won't be back for awhile.

We booked for Thurs so we'd have time to do some shopping. Haven't quite grasped the concept of "everything is included"! But I want my Coke Zero, and whatever else is on offer, dd will want her Goldfish crackers. Oh, yeah, and booze. Last time we were in Fl we bought these huge jugs of V8 Splash tropical smoothie stuff...the kids liked it and it made for easy umbrella drinks for the grown ups. I hope we can find it again.

Honestly, what does alligator taste like? People joke it tastes like chicken. But, is it true?

We did take them to a WH in Orlando in Jan/Feb and I'm pretty sure it was smoke-free there at least.

My kids ate the "chili" btw. Dd needed some coaxing (I think the colour was not clearly red enough to be pure tomato sauce and on some level she figured it out) but once she started she did a good job.

I can't escape Disney!
Not that i would want to...

I am working on our door sign now. I am pretty slow at photoshop, i think that would take me 6 hours to make the sign. So i am making mine the old fashion way. Like a scrapbook page...well kind of.

Tomorow i am going to downtown disney and MGM with my mom. We are going holiday shopping and i need to pick up my bridal ears!
I probably wont take them off the whole cruise!
